Considering how different this looks even from Private ambulances, I actually think there's a really high chance this is someone impersonating an emergency worker?? Everything about this car looks fake or hashed together. The livery, the lights, the siren. They have rear flashing reds, which are usually only used by police and highways officers. Usually, when you see private ambulances or charity cars like HEMS they prominently display which company or charity they are from. Why have they put basically every single hazard warning sticker onto the car on the front bumper and on the rear boot area including radiation and fire warnings? Seems like overkill and not usually the case on emergency cars. Idk, if I was the police I'd be following this to see if it really is attending an incident and I'd want to see their license and permission.

I would say you’re right. Seems to be another impersonator

Totally agree mate. Rather than being impressed, I was just suspicious. Too many of these about; needs sorting.

I've checked the plate, only just insured and the vehicle itself is a bit edgy

Siren was piss weak, how do you get registered in the U.K as a private ambulance? Seems a good way to dodge all the speed limits.

You've got to be using the vehicle on behalf of one of the NHS Ambulance trusts to use blues and exemptions. Also the MOT regime for ambulances is stricter and more frequent, so probably not worth the financial input!

Checked it, on car registration. It is not a registered ambulance and it failed its MOT, and has no tax. I believe it to be fake and an impersonator. I can't find anything regarding it being an ambulance or registered to a company. Also the stickers regarding biohazard and chemical if you play it in slow motion, our way overkill.

It doesn't need to be 'registered' as one, its a standard car that has been modified, not a purpose built ambulance. It failed its MOT and then got it redone 5days later, and it is taxed.
The stickers aren't overkill really, they're sort a requirement. You will typically see them on vehicles used as 'blood cars' or 'organ transfer'.

I don't believe this is fake, I am a medical professional and I do subcontract work for a company in partnership with Oxford Heart Foundation, predominantly blood and transplant runs, as long as the vehicle shows ambulance on the front back and sides and is used for the purpose of either attending an emergency or transportation of medical equipment/blood/organs then there is nothing wrong with this vehicle. There are many private companies (in partnership with the nhs) who livery and light up their own vehicles as its more cost effective!
