All of us should believe in God because he made us and gave us wonderful blessings and even though we're experiencing hard trials well that's part of our life.
All of us are sinners but once we ask for forgiveness to God he will forgive us but it doesn't mean we're going to heaven yet we have to erase all the bad things that we did and never do it again. God has a plan for you,me and all of us it maybe good or bad we have to accept it cause if it's bad God punishes you. When we keep on sinning our punishment from God is death like what it says on Romans 6:23" for the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord"

I'm glad you feel that everyone should believe in God, but Jesus said He was the only way to being saved. Not anything we do on earth will make us right with God. The murder on the cross next to Jesus simply had to believe in him to go to heaven, and he did not even say sorry for what he did. When we believe in Jesus, we are made right with God and have the gift of eternal life. We repent of the bad things we did not because we want to get to heaven, but simply because we love God and want to change our lives to follow His commandments.
I see so many people choosing to use this version of Amazing Grace for their auditions, church, a family members funeral, etc... Personally, I chose this version to record and send to a friend. I wish there were a way that I can hear each and everyone's version to this song. That we can share our own versions with each other.

Fun (or not so fun) fact: this song was originally written by a pastor who wanted to express his regrets for owning a slave ship.
sort of close but the truth is, it was writing by a slave ship captain. one very scary voyage out at sea in a furious storm that nearly sank the ship, he prayed like never before and asked to be spared from death at sea. in return he promise God he would dedicate the rest of his life to His service. He made it to shore and begun as he promised. He went on to write songs the rest of his life including this one. He continued as captain but took great care of his passengers.
