Excellent video. Very close to one of the configs that I am considering for my EAA adventures.

Very slick setup, sir. It appears that you live in Texas; I've lived in the Ft. Worth/Arlington area all my life.
As an editorial, then advertising photographer for most of my career, I've worked with light-weight, compact gear packages a lot. As so, my only concern with your travel setup is the tabletop tripod. I'd prefer something like the Benro 75mm HI Hat for a bit wider stance and a degree of leveling.
Thanks so much for your thorough tutorials.

Like the channel - hope you make more videos. Could you tell me how you attached the finder bracket to the column? Thanks, Tom

Hi Johnny ! I' have this setup 50 ED, Field Flattener skywatcher and no issue with focusing ; this flattener works great but its backfocus is only 17.5 mm ; in case of a zwo cooled camera, screw it whith no additional ring, directly after the FF ; in case of an uncooled camera, a 5 mm T2 extension tube is needed. All the best !

I want this whole setup without the ASIAIR and 50ED, and replace that with Evostar 70ED, and Astroberry. I already have an Gitzo Systematic 4-series and Skywatcher EQ Wedge. Some ppl said that some AZ GTI's dont have the thread for the counterweight bar.

there has been some without a screw thread , if you buy from a astro shop just ask them to make sure it has before sending it to you
