- Installation of all the good stuff. Power with Lithium batteries, huge water tanks, automatic self levelers, and a BATH! We've started installing all we'll need to have a fully off-grid set up, and we build the first of 3 slide outs!
I am a new viewer and bus owner down in Melbourne, ex Goldie local though. I have watched lots of videos and your work and videos is so helpful to my pending build. We need more Aussie content, lets face it, we are gun tradies.
Thank you Damon.
Yes, there is a distinct lack of good Australian conversion videos. I'm glad you like ours, and look forward to maybe seeing yours one day soon?!?!
Good to see you back guys. Glen and Di, Amamoor
It’s good to be back ☺️
Love this video. You gave me another idea for tanks, clean and grey water. I hope you guys are safe and the floods didn't destroy your dream. Prayers and thoughts are with you.
Look forward to your next video

Hey guys, We’ve just started considering buying and converting a bus ourselves. This morning I was gooooogling and searching for RUclips vids for hints and Tips whilst on the static trainer and tonight I’ve just finished all of your episodes!
Awesome awesome stuff.
Really impressed and right on the same line as we had been thinking. Can’t wait for the next episode!
Would love to hear what other model buses you had considered as well. (Actually I have soooooooo many questions 😂)
Haha! We’re very happy to have a chat anytime! My Facebook details are on our “about” tab on our RUclips page and you can use Messenger to connect. Thanks for the kind words. Dan

Thank you George 🙏 😊
@@Danjuly71 I saw all your videos which are awesome, I am on the Gold Coast and about to kick off a motorhome fitout. I tried to hear the name of the guy you used to help with your system and batteries. I thought you said Steve Lankinshaw?? but I could not fine him on google, are you able to give me his business contact number. Many thanks guys, love your work.
@@recycledart3471 His name is Steve Langshore (Electrical) and he’s just moved to Airlie Beach. I won’t post his number here in case he gets spammed but if you send me a private message on Messenger (see “about” tab on our page for contact details) I’ll send you his number. He does do custom “kits” which he can freight to you anywhere too.
Hi dan l would like those now which brand it is the leveling set and I would do it with a hydraulic pomp on the gearbox so that would be a lot storage and you would be able to use it for many different things that thanks you and you are making a fantastic build man wouw great work man
Thanks Peter. The brand we used is “Redfoot” levelling system 👍
Hey guys. Hope you are well. It's been six months since your last vid. Are we going to see your progress soon? Cheers!
Yes! I’m happy to say I’m putting the finishing touches on the next episode 🤩… it should be out within the week 👍
Hey mate, how's the build coming along? It's been about 4 months, any news vids coming out? Cheers
Hi Morgan. The speed of my video updates is not my strong point unfortunately!
I am (very infrequently) working on the next episode and will upload it as soon as it’s done. Thanks for following along ☀️👍
Epic guys ❤️
Thanks for the love 🙏❤
just wondering what company did you get the hydraulic rams from ????
We got them from Titan RV in Brisbane. 👍
@@Danjuly71 thank youuu
Hey guys just wondering if you have an idea at the start what your budget is and now that your getting through the build what you final estimate is now
Hi Chris. We have all receipts though haven’t updated the spreadsheet for a while… Our initial estimate was around $100k in materials/bus purchase and I know we are over that now (much further progressed than depicted in this vlog) My revised estimate would be +/-$120k PLUS labour which wouldn’t want to be ignored if you were having someone do it for you! As at this vlog I was around 9 months into the conversion, and I have invested that again since (the vlogs are way behind!). I will keep editing new episodes and uploading them so “watch this space!” 😉
Hi there, l've got ask you about your batteries, your useing pillon batteries, can l ask why. If you can help me with your reasoning, as l have watch you clips for a while over and over, the limited one's you put out. Have to start mine now, roof raise, batteries ( solar ) and bus staplizers. Did wish to see more episodes of you adventure in the bus
Hi Rodney. We’re very happy with our Pylontech batteries. They were recommended to us with great reliability and a 10 year warranty, and are fully compatible with the Victron gear we paired it with.
We have 3 x 380 amp hour models and I believe they now make a 500 amp hour variant 👍
When is the next episode.....
Hi Jasper! I’m almost finished another episode 😎
Thanks for your patience 🙏🚎🌈
