I think Taurus is exalted in the Sun. it's mostly when there's a square and it's before the sign, so it should be Taurus. And it makes sense, Taurus are the happiest and most in tune with their sensations when it's in the Sun sign...

It's not arbitrary...exaltation is when a sign is approximately a square before the ruler. It represents the position of a sign in a "larger vehicle" than it is used to. Like a foot soldier who's allowed to drive a tank.

In western astrology, I am a Taurus but in vedic astrology,I am an Aries and for some readon I connect more with Taurus than Aries.
Vedic astrology is microscopic crisp and precise analysis.. Western astrology is more crude but good for Knowing traits at gross level!
I felt that way but I have moon in Taurus and sun in Krittika which is partly in Taurus so it made sense after that. Plus moon is my ascendent lord. So maybe there's other factors.

There is this common misconception that Tauruses are money hungry or greedy when it comes to money...ie never been that & the most important women in my life are Tauruses & they aren’t money hungry.

I'm a non-money hungry Taurus. I think the pursuit of financial security or a focus on working/not being broke can be misconstrued as money hungry or a need to be rich. Just because I'm never without a job and won't sacrifice my professionalism to focus on a relationship doesn't mean I'm non-romantic or uncaring. Taurus's are just driven and capable people and that makes us more likely to be financially stable.

Dude, we all have healing ability, its through Gemini, it comes out the hands from your shoulders and lungs. Rub your hands together then place one hand on your Capricorn which is your knee. Do this several times, until you feel healed or pain stops. Depending on the severity of it is how long it will take, but it most definitely will heal.

These two signs are ruled my mars which is not as slow, indulgent, valuable and shallow as Venus, they live life like it’s there last days, they tend to do things very quickly almost like they have no time and they’re very impulsive and emotionally driven. Scorpios tend to be more interested in the deeper parts of life and not so much in the materialistic, surface level and superficial side of life. Aries venus are very passionate about everything and they might rush into things without thinking about them first but, they love very hard and very fast. Sun as the first lord (Leo ascendant) and in the 10th house is very good for your career and general physical vitality. And venus exalted is a good thing here, but Venus in the 8th house can pose a few problems, especially in matters of relationships (I too have the same placement of Venus in the 8th house, but in the sign of Aquarius). But Venus in pisces is a very good placement in general; it usually indicates a love of a spiritual nature - not of the ordinary sensory nature.
Thank you Ashwin. Definitely had a few problems with my Exalted Venus in the 8th House. As for spirituality I am very deep into it. I believe Aquarius is even more estoric than Pisces. Its a hard mixture in my opinion for relationship, to find someone who share the same deep spiritual connection. Back then I had the worst problem with the wrong type of mates I attracted. Even worse when my Moon is in Cancer. At heart I am truly romantic and the Leo Ascendant makes me want to experience love at its fullest. Thanks again for that quick analysis, sorry it took me so long to respond. If I saw this I would've replied a long time ago.

Vedic/Sidereal goes by the actual constalations the planets are in when you are born. Western is typically one sign behind what it is said to be because they don't acknowledge changes in the earth's rotation that have caused this phenomenon. For what it's worth, on your particular date of birth multiple planets were in Saggitarius in western astrology, placing all of them into Scorp in Vedic/sidereal, which would mean you are still strongly influenced by Scorpionic energy in either system.

I've just started to get into vedic astrology and it says that my sun is in taurus but all my life i have thought (and felt like a gemini, i was born on may 21st) so now i feel a little weird. So I was born May 22 so I should be a Gemini BUT now it changed and I should be a Taurus. My dilemma is that my rising is in Capricorn which is very true and Venus is in Taurus.
