Notice one thing - Spetsnaz do not train Systema. Spetsnaz never practiced Systema. Systema is a fraud.
Got a proof? Nice empty arguments. I suggest you search for Sonny Puzikas and Maxim Franz and find out that they were in Spetsnaz and trained in Systema and now they teach others.
Pls, show me one video of Spetsnaz public show, where they use Systema. Watch youtube pls. Russian spetsnaz forces do not use Systema.
Sonny Puzikas is maybe exSpetsnaz member, but it does not mean that Spetsnaz practice Systema.
Even in this video, there is no Systema. Look carefuly.
Sonny Puzikas was a Spetsnaz combat operative and Maxim Franz was in Naval Spetsnaz in a two member sniper team. So what if there is no Systema in this video? I can name my channel "Great white shark documentaries only" and post about dogs or weapons or anything I want.You know in this video are just live demonstrations,right? And why should they use Systema in public?Your arguments are still empty. I don't care whether you believe it or not,your opinion is not going to affect Spetsnaz in any way or another,nor Systema. Well, you think that in Spetsnaz, they train two different empty handed combat systems? One for public shows and live demonstrations and one (Systema) for real combat?
That sounds pretty funny. Believe what you want to believe, man. But I have never seen any proof that Systema is trained by Spetsnaz.
Just because a group of salesmen practices karate in evenings doesn't mean that karate is officially practiced by all salesmen. Systema is not official part of Spetsnaz training and has never been.
Ask people from Russia (who have been in special forces) about Systema. They never trained it. That is reality. Many of my friends are in special forces (army or police) and they train together with people from other countries including Russia. Spetsnaz do not practice Systema. It is a lie from people, who just want your money. Wake up!
