Yes I am also dao 703 owner I have traveled 5000 kms some problems are explained 1. Suspension is too bad just like a cycle 2. Battery reach 20 percentage automatically switch off scooter

I want to buy bajaj chetak, but some people are saying that, if i purchase ev scooter then i have to change my battery after 3 years and it will cost too High ( people giving that reason to me for not buy ev scooter) according to is it true? PLEASE ANSWER I REALLY NEED THE ANSWER
I am Dao 703 owner. My feedback: It is impractical to remove and replace the large size heavy 22 kg battery from the scooter. You will damage your stomach and arm muscles, unless you are a strong body builder. SUSPENSIONS: Suspensions are as bad as auto rikshaw. Front suspensions are over sensitive and rear suspension are dead enough to break your back. Not comfortable at all. Seat Cushion also not confortable. BUILD QUALITY: Overall build and material quality is good. But SWITCH ASSEMBLY design is faulty. The button/switches and switch panel is lose and make rattling noise while driving. Rattling noise comes out of display screen. It took 4 hours to full charge the battery. RANGE: Driving in mix mode I got range of 98 km. But you must charge the battery when status is 80-85% because post 85% it will not run more than 5-7 kms. ERS system is useless, does not work more than 500 metre. SPEED: Performs as per company claimed. Power mode max 34 , Eco mode max 54 aand sports mode 71 km/h. OVERALL YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE PURCHASED A 2ND HAND OLD SCOOTER..
I am also the owner of Dao703. This is the best vehicle in the market. Removable battery and LFP battery. Getting good mileage of 95+ kms. Suspension is also good. So Don't give any wrong opinion brother.
@@NewmoviesON-Web I have given my experience. You cant decide whether its right or wrong. I got range 75+ in power mode, 50 to 55 km in Eco mode and below 45 in sports mode. Once i tried sports mode when battery was at 45% remaining, after only 7 kms, the battery was empty. One more thing I noticed and which is confirmed by the company engineer that if you dont charge the battery frequently, it will suddenly drop the charge to 0 whether your battery status showing 70-80% So it is advised to charge battery every 2-3 days whether you use it or not. Anyways, congratulations and all d best to you for the scooter.
Greetings! I hope this email finds you well. I am writing regarding my ownership of DAO 703 with registration number UP32 NF5186, which I purchased from Zenista EV, Lucknow U.P. India in December 2022. Unfortunately, the connector of the battery and external wires got burnt recently and when I visited the showroom on April 28th, 2022 to get it repaired, I was informed that they had cut ties with DAO dealership. They did remove the upper plate of the battery and assured me that they would get it exchanged from Pune as they were visiting there on May 2nd, 2022. However, it has been almost two weeks since then and I have not received any update on the delivery of the product to my location. The former dealer has informed me that the package is still in Pune.
