Mine was broken after 4 months. I bought in EU and retailer said I have to send back to Bulgaria, shipping cost is more than a new one. I check the reatailer's page and the average review is only 2 start everybody complains that their broken in few months.

Thank you for your review of this product. I just saw this in the stores and asked my family for it for my birthday. I have arthritis in my c1 & c2 and neck and the right side of my neck is super tight, so I'm hoping along with my new chiropractor sessions this will losen things up 🤞
They pulled one out at work, and I decided to research reviews. The reviews typically are high, but only for when it works. Lots of reviews complain about charging issues, timer failure, the motor breaking and making a grinding sound, and the biggest one is customer support is awful to get these issues resolved. The worst part is that multiple reviewers stated they were offered $20 to remove their negative review. I still picked one up off Amazon, but pretty much know that you are getting a 30-60 dollar product. Don't expect too much of it. Even the pricier ones in the 100-200 range do the same thing. Better off investing 200-300 dollars in an elite athlete massage gun like hypervolt or theragun.
Actually massage guns aren’t recommended by precessionals

Not a great device design ... everyone leans their neck forward around C7 / T1 and that is not healthy. Plus the pulling at the arms will use the trap muscle... I don't see a full value in this.
Robert Long it depends on how you place it in your body. For me i find it relaxing especially on the lumbar area. Don’t get me wrong it is not yet on par with human massage but it could be an alternative.

@@UFC16 some others might have purchased this massaging device for different uses on their bodies... especially reclined or on a different angle laying back this is really handy...you do not necessarily have to lean your neck forward, great catch though!
