I met my husband in a bar and he’s a great one too. We joke about it regularly, especially since we are so far from bar people now. Old married with children types now.
I also met mine in a bar, a dirty music venue. and here we are 25 yrs later. Still seeing music, we just don’t close it down anymore.

I too found my great guy in a bar...a biker bar, it was 1981 and i was his barmaid and he was one of my nicest customers. 43 years later i am still getting him a beer, BUT....he makes me breakfast every morning and does ALL of our dishes so i don't ruin my nails. his idea, not mine. it's probably not a common place to find a good one, but it does happen now and then!
Keep checking the stores! I was able to score the raven lantern from At Home this weekend. It was the first time seeing it in person and had to grab it. Happy Hunting!

I’m a bit bummed, my target has sprinkled a bit out… but, it is mostly the neon Halloween and costumes. I need Jack-o-lanterns (I like for my porch ones to have similar light effects) and my target hasn’t had any orange jack-o-lanterns! 😱😭

So you have to buy it online and have it delivered or pick it up in store
Target is always a Halloween party popper. It's so annoying how they just don't have it together when it's prime hunting time! I spend all my money at other places and I'm broke by the time they get their stuff out. And I don't like having to go there constantly to see if it's out. I can make a million Homegoods trips because I know they'll have a ton of stuff and always something new. Target is like a warm, flat baja blast that's been sitting in a hot car for days.
I went to Marshalls and the Halloween section was so small 😭 they had already moved the spooky decor to a small section at the front and replaced the aisles with Christmas decor. And my Walmart has their Christmas trees up on display as well! My spooky heart!! 🖤💀

I have been waiting for October since last October
I didn't have a bb gun, but we were outside all day. We didn't have to worry about getting kidnapped. It still happened, but I never heard about it. We rode in the back of our dad's pickup with no tailgate, and my grandfather made us a snow sled out of an old car hood. We had no internet, so what else were we supposed to do? We would climb trees. I babysat people's kids, when I was 12 from 8:00 am until 6 pm during the summer time for barely any money at all.

I too have experienced the disappointment of the Target app saying things are in stock and when you get there, nothing.I found out that they scan the items in when they arrive, so they are there, you just have to wait for them to put them out.
The ColourPop Haunted Mansion stuff is really cool. I haven’t found it in any of the Target stores near me but I’ve seen some if it online.
I have never once been to a Hallmark store for a Holiday. I went in one time randomly. Now I need to find one.
A dirty old bar on goth night is where I found mine. I give him 4 out of 5 stars because he did come with a bit of an issue which is Autism but really over time it's reliable in every way. Just needs some help to complete some tasks but does most of the task when prompted lol he does get the big sad but a simple restart and hug does the trick.

Former Joann's employee, you can call the store about an item (make sure to get the item number they will use it to find out if it's in stock and to make sure it's the exact thing you're looking for) and they are able to hold it for you for 24 hours.

My daughter was born on November 1st. I was in labor on Halloween but I was able to take my son Trick R Treating before I went into labor. I was hoping for a Halloween baby but she had other plans. She will be 16 in a month.
I know someone who works at Target and the app takes about 24 hours to update on inventory. As for the app saying the Halloween stuff was in stock, they probably did have it, but it’s sitting in stacks on the palettes in the back or it’s on the truck still. I know some stores do the change up overnight, it can take two or three overnights to get everything done for Halloween. The employees are working their hardest to get stuff out 💪 but definitely go at the buttcrack of opening to have a better chance of seeing stuff! Lol
All us gluten free ghouls take what we can get :( but I'm just happy to see any spooky treats for us! I'm putting together a boo basket for another GF ghoul, I'm so excited to make sure she's included with treats she can eat.

When I was pregnant with my son (also a Lucian) I was due 11/17/2022 but due to some health issues I had, they wanted to induce early. I was told to expect a call on 10/31 but they didn't end up calling until 11/2 and he finally arrived 11/5/2022. I thought it would be cool if he did come on Halloween but at the same time, I didn't want him to have to share his birthday with a holiday, so we were happy with his birth date 😂
