Dick’s Picks 4 oh yeah that would be nice. But I’m going to go out on a limb and say Dick’s Picks 32 8/7/82 from Alpine Valley. Super rare and elusive even on CD. Amazing show and would kill to see it pressed. Love your videos man, keep it up!
Hi Kev, I bought a lot of them on the lot at Dead & Co shows. This one (and the other tie dyes) are from a company called Online Ceramics. Their shirts are pricey, but they used to sell them at a discount on the lot. The rest are a mix of Liquid Blue, artists I've found on Instagram, and some vintage shirts I found on eBay. The vintage shirts have become pretty expensive lately, but you can still find some great ones for less than $30 if you poke around long enough.
I would love a vinyl release of Dick's Picks 10 : 12/29/77. I play that show over and over! ALSO! My MSG box arrived just as I was watching your video!
I am not sure if these have been released on vinyl or not, but I would love to see Dick's Picks 11, 12, 29, and 36. I love these videos. Keep them coming! I am looking forward to your video on the upcoming "IN AND OUT OF THE GARDEN" release.
@@PureGerry Bear recorded DP 11 and DP 23 too. All of those are from September 72. There are a few others in 72 that Bear recorded. The Berkley show (8/25/72) before Veneta released as Dave's Picks 24 and the November 72 Wichita show released as Dave's Picks 11. I think Dave choosing 11 to release this wasn't a coincidence, since it's similar to Dick's Picks 11. The Cumberland Blues at the Wichita show is as good as it gets. Also, the October 72 shows released on the "Listen To The River" box set were recorded by Bear. If I could have just one of these shows on vinyl it would probably be DP 36, so I need to find that one someday.
@@PureGerry Also, it's my opinion that Bear has the best recordings. I love Betty boards, but it's too bad we didn't get a few Bear recordings from 77. An example of what that might have sounded like is Dick's Picks 25 (1978). This Dick's Picks has 2 shows and the first show was recorded by Bear and the second Betty. So it's a great opportunity to compare and imagine what some of the May 77 shows would have sounded like if Bear recorded them. If you haven't, check out Peggy-O and Estimated Prophet on DP 25. Those were both recorded by Bear and sound amazing. IMO, the performances from this show aren't always great, but the two songs I mentioned are good. The show that Betty recorded isn't great either (maybe worse), but it's still an opportunity to compare the two recording philosophies. I think my favorite Betty Board is 2/26/77. The bass sounds so good in my headphones. Dick's Picks 33 is definitely one of the best sounding Betty Boards in the Dick's Picks series. I think June 76 sounds even better, but there are no Dick's Picks from that time that I am aware of. I am not sure if I agree that Dick's Picks 33 sounds better than 29, though.
I have always been suprised that No video exists for Oakland 76. So many Day On The Green Performances from 76 and 77 exist on Video so its quite strange there is no video of the Deads performance from 76 especially when you Consider so many Dead performances from Bill Graham venues .
Awesome video! It hurts me but I had to skip this one. I made myself choose between this and the RSD Europe release.. If it stays in stock long enough I might snag it.
Lets hope this MSG box set isn't delayed again,it normally takes a couple of weeks behind the USA for it to show up in the UK. I wish they would release the whole Ally Pally shows from the Dicks Picks in box set on CD.

Thank you! Honestly, I’m happy with any Picks on vinyl.
Legend has it that at one of those WHO shows, Keith Moon passed out and a audience member jumped up and finished the show. Great box set!
They have Reissued the Road trips serious as well .
Gerry Love your shirts Where are you buying them? Thanks Kev

Any 77 dead on vinyl is an instant buy for me.
And lucky you! My MSG box hasn’t left California yet.
Ah the magic lives!

Only DP 36 has been released from that bunch. Bear recorded that one!

If I recall, one show they opened for the Who. The other show the Who opened for the Dead.
