Ganpati Bappa Morya! Here is my twist to the classic Puran Poli.You can eat it just like you do traditionally with oodles of ghee (have given the full recipe for PP) and later break an extra Poli and make a crispy Sundae out of it like I did with coconut jaggery sauce and ice cream! Yum yum yum!
