Why does E have a value of 20 in TL1, TL4 and TL5?

Thank you for your question.
Actually E is electrical length here at the mentioned F frequency. And these TLs are used at a pad to solder SMA connector.
If you notice the port impedances are 50 ohms each. Therefore we can use any E as electrical length if the TLs have characteristics impedance 50 ohms. I have choosen 20 degree as an optimum length just to solder the SMA connectors.

@leoreyes5158 No limit in fact. But you may want to keep it minimum for the optimised form factor. And to find out your minimum value, you can calculate it using linecalc (ruclips.net/video/j12ZtAOhzyw/видео.html) and observe if it is sufficient for the SMA connector pin length which you want to solder plus the length extension required as per your final design layout.
