Such a fun video!! I loved seeing all of your beautiful stitching, finishing, and stash. I like your floss changes much better than the silks for G. Ledger; so soft looking. Hugs and happy stitching.
Thanks, Michelle, so fun to see all the goodies. I’m a quilter as well and love your fabric pack. I can’t think of a better time to have a stash and floss tube to inspire stitchers especially through this tough time. Hope Gary’s back is feeling good. Loved the photos on Instagram of Molly’s twins, so cute, Keep safe and keep stitching! 🧵❤️
I loved spending time with you this morning. Thanks for showing some of your market haul - some of those I had not even seen before. Big hugs to you and your family! Stay well, pretty girl.
Sally’s item are stunning! ❤️ them all! And your new charts and fibers are bewitching! Hard to not get drawn in by all the gorgeous colors! I am a color Addict 😂 That quilt kit has the most beautiful soft hues! 🐑 Glad you and your family are healthy and happy! Please stay safe! 🦩🦩🦩
Fabulous stitching as always! Working on a little project from Sewing Club as we speak...I will never let another Blackbird book go by without purchasing it. I’ve got quite a few of their quilt books as well...always a favorite of mine. ❤️
I can’t believe I had not subscribed to you! I watch you all the time. Loving your smalls and samplers! Thank you for passing on the stitching tips. I’m sure you just saved someone from a dreadful mistake.
Watching your Floss Tube today was such a bright spot for me. I am still working in an Essential job and I put my ear buds in watch and listen as I type at my desk. Thank you for making my day😘🌸🌺
You brought sew much calm and enjoyment to me in such a stressful time.Hope Gary keeps his job!! Keep stitching and looking forward to your next floss tube.Stay safe and well.
OMG!! I love your video. You have such a great eye at seeing a ton of great items. Your haul was super wonderful to watch! Thanks bunches for sharing. One day I hope to make it to your retreat!! Thanks bunches for opening up your home and your personal life to us. Hugs~Victoria
We are grateful for stash! Stitch keeps us sane...well somewhat Ok...I need Sewing Club now. There were a plethora of treasures from market. Sally's items were just stunning. Will look up her page. Stay safe.
You do such beautiful stitching. I love seeing your WIPS and FFO's. One of these days I will learn how to post on IG some of my finishes. I am also a quilter. I have more fabric stash (30 years worth),, but now I need cross stitch fabric. I have recently formed a love affair with samplers. Once I got into the history of them, I want to at least own so many charts. Of course I'm retired and I'm not going back to work. So I'm limited with a stash, but have enough for the stay at home Covid-19. I have plenty to do. Be well and stay safe.
Everything is amazing! Lucky retreat goers who get to join in the raffles! I will be purchasing the BBD book for sure. Thanks for showing us each picture. We are self employed and taking a big hit with this pandemic, but we will survive and I’m getting so much sewing and stitching time! My husband is tackling landscape projects, so he is outside and I can stay inside with my projects. Hallelujah! Lynn in Indiana
Love everything discussed and shown, your aesthetic is spot on for me. The glimpses into other crafts ie quilting, painting boxes, etc are the icing on the cake because I’m also a multi crafter. Thank you for making Flosstubes.
Thanks for not being finished with HEC 😍 Eyelet stitches will never bother me again! I really enjoyed the quilty segment too as I am sewing while watching. You keep me motivated as well as entertained during these dark times so thank you for being around every day!
Great video! Love all your haul items - the fabric for the quilt is gorgeous! Please show us when you have it all pieced! I agree, your eyelet stitches are just fine. I think as long as you can see a distinct center, it is great. I am saving my pennies to make an order with Sally at Humble Bumble Stitcher!!! She is an awesome stitcher and finisher! I love the motifs she chooses for everything. Amazing. Hope your goats are doing well, spring is always such a busy time. I grew up on a cattle ranch and calving season was always hectic! Such a great lifestyle, I cherish all the memories I have of it all. Stay well, stay home and stitch on!!! 🧵❤️🎈
It's a terrible time we're in at the moment but on the positive side SO MUCH FLOSSTUBE and STITCHING TIME. You know how much I love you so to get another update is wondrrful. Lovely stitching as always. I especially like how your Harriet sampler is coming along. I adore the colours in Token of Love 🥰 I hope it's good news for you both with Gary and his job 🙏🏻 Take care of yourselves and stay safe 😚
Thanks, Michele for showing the designs in the BBD Sewing Circle book. I now have it on order. So many pieces in that which will be a delight to stitch. As usual. Also enjoyed seeing all the things that Sally has sent for your retreat. Hope this awful virus is behind us and you can go forward with your plans. Thanks again for such an informative video. Always enjoy seeing what you are working on and the little wood cabinet, adorable, ordered it too. We certainly need a STASH so we have inventory to work from when times are tough and we are now in to times are tough. At least we all will have something to do. Take care and be well. Norma in Boise, ID
Your stitching is gorgeous! I haven’t done over one yet but I think I will try it on some 28 count Monaco. I got many of the same Brenda Gervais charts and also the Blackbird Designs book as well - they are so gorgeous!
It has taken me three days to get through the first 17 minutes. I want to make everything you’ve shown! So as soon as you show something, I jump to the online cross stitch store and dig through my fabric stash. And don’t even get me started on the Harold Turpen homes! Thanks for the inspiration!
Very cute finish. Reminds me of Berlin work. Love the With thy needle designs. Your sampler adorable. I’m an eyelet fan too. Thanks for visiting and sharing Patti
Beautier Channel I love the stuff that you're showing their beautiful and keep up the good work and stay safe and thanks for sharing with us your project and they're beautiful

Oh! I was so excited that you let us see the beautiful patterns in The Sewing Box Blackbird book! I’ve been dying to see what you was inside. I’ve been impatiently waiting to be able to visit my LNS!

Seeing all of your wips are so inspiring! Just beautiful work! I love the new BBD book so much my thumbs are sore from turning the pages🤣...don’t know where to start in that one! 💖I’m still working my way through last market books! Take care and be well!
Love all your Beautiful friends and haul. Hope your husband goes back to work soon. This is so stressful for people. I am blessed my husband is working every day. Enjoy your stitching.
Thanks for the video. I need to see if Henry is growing into those giant paws! Sally's items are gorgeous. I don't know how she does it. I have the BBD book on order from Sassy Jacks. I know they are behind in their shipping due to all the market preorders. It's not like I don't have anything to keep me busy. I have finished two quilt tops and am working on piecing the backs. Good thing I have been buying yardage and sticking it away. LOL
Your Baltimore Saltbox is sooo cute!... Thank God for my stash! I've been a stitching and finishing fool through this. I've been agonizing about how I was ever going to get everything finished, especially fully finished. Now I'm trying to figure out how I can continue to "work from home" after the pandemic is over! LOL!
My state, Minnesota, is closed too. I’m going through Stitchville (my not-so-local needlework store) withdrawals. I mean they still have phone orders but I miss going in and seeing all the pretty things and spending more than I intended. I really enjoy your channel by the way.
Michelle, love, love, love your conversion for the french sampler. Yes, its expensive to change threads after you've already made the purchase but your muted choices will be beautiful. Looking forward to seeing this one as you progress thru it. And YES, I agree with you - to all those who were critical about our 'hoarding of stash' - don't whine about not being able to go to the craft stores. I've had such a lovely afternon in cold England. First Brenda and Laura then an hour with you. Such a great of an episode. Thanks for sharing Michelle!
Loved everything you showed, was great, you have many hours of stitching ahead of you!! You mentioned in one of your videos about doing a tutorial on counting pins, I hope you are still thinking about doing one, love all your tutorials!!
"You're welcome...now you will never unsee that! "....lol! You crack me up! Thank you for showing the La-D-Da sewing drum...the picture really is super drab so I was not too excited to start it....now that I've seen yours, I'm looking forward to stitching it! It's super pretty! That french sampler looks like a fun stitch! Maybe they charted the original colors (which they would see on the back of the sampler)? I would probably stitch the bright colors...but, if I kit one more thing, my CC will melt...lol! Yep....I'm another "non essential" that is currently furloughed because of the virus. I've worked in the printing industry most of life...and yes...the smell of the Blackbird book is exactly as you said....and will fade in time...personally, I was too involved in admiring the pics to be distracted by the smell? lol! Always luvs me some Blackbird Designs! :-)
I think the Soie D'alger is much brighter than the other 2 conversions provided. The Gloriana and the cotton are both more muted colors and much more my style and IMHO fit the style of the sampler much better. The drum is super pretty!!
We will celebrate our 40th at the end of May this year. May have to get Brenda’s sampler for that too once we are out of lockdown. Must get that draw box too.
Thank you, very helpful. When you have time, can you do a quick tutorial on how to use thread keeps? I see so many beautiful ones but never really know how to use one. Do you precut the floss, do you have to unknot it from it every time you need a thread, etc. Thanks!
Love your stitching and videos. It's like stiching while listening to a friend talk. Can I ask where you got the school house and quilt shop buildings. I love red houses and all things quilt related because I quilt also.
Lol, glad to know I’m not the only one who’s noticed the off smell of several charts! Aren’t the Gloriana silks variegated? Our Michaels, Joann’s, and Hobby Lobbies are still open. Apparently in the south they are considered essential!!! I love your schoolhouses! Ann Dale is your SBID!!! I’m hoping to get into the retreat! I’m not too far back on the wait list.

Love all your Beautiful friends and haul. Hope your husband goes back to work soon. This is so stressful for people. I am blessed my husband is working every day. Enjoy your stitching.
Thanks so much!
LOL
Enjoy the book!
Loved your video!!! Definitely an enabler today, lol....
I have to mention your SKIN/COMPLEXION is STUNNING.....
Awe! Thanks so much. You are so sweet!
I loved watching you today and I loved your oops packs. Those pinks!!!! ❤️
Love your more muted color palate... The Moda Quilt Kit... gorgeous!!!
LOL!
I'll never feel guilty about stashing again! Lol
My state, Minnesota, is closed too. I’m going through Stitchville (my not-so-local needlework store) withdrawals. I mean they still have phone orders but I miss going in and seeing all the pretty things and spending more than I intended. I really enjoy your channel by the way.
Im in MN. 😊
You should have planned better like the rest of us. LOL
Carol Celeste not critical more envious....i have to save to buy just 1 market release!
It seems ages since Stitchery Nook! Beautiful stitching, and the Humblebumble Stitcher's stuff was so very pretty too!
I've had such a lovely afternon in cold England. First Brenda and Laura then an hour with you. Such a great of an episode. Thanks for sharing Michelle!
Thank you!!
Loved everything you showed, was great, you have many hours of stitching ahead of you!! You mentioned in one of your videos about doing a tutorial on counting pins, I hope you are still thinking about doing one, love all your tutorials!!
Yes, still in the planning. Thanks so much!
So many pretty things
Love your videos and thanks for doing the "how to" videos.
Thank you!
Great video again!!! Stay safe and be well.
Unbelievable, thank you for sharing.
Thank you!
Thank you for another great video!
Thanks for watching!
Well done on your haul! Enjoyed all of it! Stay well.
We will celebrate our 40th at the end of May this year. May have to get Brenda’s sampler for that too once we are out of lockdown. Must get that draw box too.
Happy Anniversary!
Thank you, very helpful. When you have time, can you do a quick tutorial on how to use thread keeps? I see so many beautiful ones but never really know how to use one. Do you precut the floss, do you have to unknot it from it every time you need a thread, etc. Thanks!
It's really personal preference. I don't really have a solid method.
Love your stitching and videos. It's like stiching while listening to a friend talk. Can I ask where you got the school house and quilt shop buildings. I love red houses and all things quilt related because I quilt also.
Yes, who's laughing now! ; D Luv the houses behind you and all the stitching. Take care!
Thanks you!!
Love Uncle Sam!❤️
Your eyelets were perfect! No clue why people think it’s ok to be rude! Sally’s work is exquisite!
Sally's work is amazing!! People love to give unsolicited advice!
Aw!!! I’m so happy you liked everything!!!🥰
😘
Always love your videos! I need to get that book from Blackbird Designs!
It's definitely a must have!
🤗 Enjoyed it! Take care. ❤️
Thank you!
They are but they are also more expensive than NPS and this sampler had a lot of floss! I have most of the cottons in my stash.
