  • Finally, I’ve just done my all-critters-in video about recent macro trip to Anilao - Philippines this May..
But first of all, let me explain about this video’s duration: I really didn’t mean to make this too long!!! But I don’t know why! Each critter just appear 2-5 seconds, some rare one will be longer.. but I swear I tried my best to cut highlight moments/footages only! And suddenly.. bomb! the final turn out ~ 22 minutes 🫣 I can’t make it shorter! I don’t wanna left any critters behind 🥹 they are all magic to me!!!
To my personal opinion, from the very first day “fall in the blue”, I always prefer taking video than picture. Entire these perpetual motion, these charming flexibility, these attractive loveliness.. only can be revealed by consecutive frames - the video.
    And this is my first time make a video that list each group of critters in order: start with Frogfish (0:14) - Shrimp (2:03) - Squid (5:09) - Nudibranch (6:13) - Cuttlefish (12:06) - Crab (12:36) - Octopus (15:05) - Fishes (16:05) - Seahorse (19:22) - Snail (19:38) - Eel (20:02) - Ghost pipefish (21:05) - Turtle (21:13).
Whole critters in this video are from nearly ~ 32 hours within 27 dives/ 7 days I lived under Anilao sea floor.
And I wanna give a huge thank sooo much to Gina-faith Bao-in, she is my guide and also the owner of Anilao Scuba Dive Center. She has very good eyes! Enthusiasm macro passion! Spot for me almost things I showed in the video.. She said that we are first and only Vietnamese divers come with her centre until now hahaahaa! The experience I like most while diving with her centre is they don’t really care about “industrial duration each dive” as most of places do.. you can dive until 70 80 even 100 mins as long as your tank over 50 bar and NDL still in limit.. so that why I really love all muck shallow site there.. I was possible stay longer! ☺️

That was absolutely spectacular and mesmerizing! These are beautiful, amazing creatures I will likely never see in person myself. Nevertheless, I want to see them and their habitat preserved.
Not only am I awestruck by how many different species you captured in this video, but how respectful you were of them and their environment.
This is a new favorite. Thank you. 💜
