    Sir i have a doubt,In the 5th problem while finding nc why did we take sigma cbc as 5?

      First of all thanks for Watching this video.
      Generally in problems they give grade of Concrete and Steel from that we need to find the sigma cbc and sigma st value.
      but this problem they are not give grade of concrete and steel instead of that they give maximum stress value of sigma cbc as 5 N/mm2 & sigma st as 140 N/mm2 directly in the problem. So we take the value directly from problem.
      I think i clear your doubt. if you have any other doubt please ask in commend.

      In this problem they given as " mild steel reinforcement ". Grade of mild steel is Fe250. So I take Fe250 for problem..,

    Overall depth is 650 mm
    To find effective depth (650-50-(32%2))=584 mm

      Here we subtract only 50 because it is effective cover not clear cover
