Thank you for this amazing playthrough, it was an absolute pleasure seeing you two react to the game!!! Like some people have been saying, I recommend talking to the party a second time to get more dialogue, but I admit I maybe didn't train the player to check things/talk to people multiple times enough either 😅 FOOD FOR THOUGHT FOR ME!!!!!

You did A truly wonderful job. This is now my 3rd favourite game of all time, out of a hundred or so. Maybe Deltarune will push it down, but this is the pinnacle of quite a lot of tendencies in indie gaming. I truly appreciate how you took the TTRPG, earthbound-descendant, RPG maker game to it's most refined and streamlined form. Your characters are some of the very finest of the world, extremely realistic and _natural_ in many ways. And sweet sneaky references to stuff I thought better than this (Omori, chiefly). You captured the struggles of the time period awesomely. I will treasure this for as long as I live, gift it to a friend, and if I ever make an animatic, it's gonna be one of Act 3 to the tune of El Viejo Varieté. It's been an honor.

In defense of the communication. Siff needs to hear this. He’s not in the right place to talk about it. He’s still fresh from hell and he is still rooted in his mindset. He needs to hear they won’t leave him and they love him. His entire time freeze and sadness moment is him convincing himself that they will abandon and hate him. You don’t dog on and cuss out someone who is already actively destroying themselves. The wound is so fresh. As mirabell and Odile have said, there will be time later to talk about it all and discuss what happened to him.

At 1:46:08 you say you weren't expecting an "unambiguously positive ending", but the fact of the matter was that Act 5 was Siffrin at his absolute worst. He said and did a lot of hurtful things to all of his party members, and no matter what, *he can't undo* that. The loop that the game ends on is arguably the one in which Siffrin did EVERYTHING wrong. There are a few times throughout the game where Siffrin thinks about restarting so that he can end the loops in a way where "everything goes right", but now he has to live with the reality that the party he's left with is the one that he hurt the most. Sure, they forgive him, but that doesn't erase his actions.
Also, whether you record it or not, you guys REALLY should go back and talk to the party again. A lot of things get cleared up by them.

  • @ionamorwenna5564

I absolutely understand where you're coming from with how you feel like even now Sif isn't communicating properly and you're kind of mad at the rest of them for how they're taking this all.
But you also need to know that Sif has at least three more different things to talk with everyone about if you talk to them again. And also when Siffrin tells Odile that he thinks everyone is doing what they did a little too well, that is an instance of Siffrin communicating their feelings.
All this to say: I get where you're coming from but also it's not as bad as you think.

  • @Boomerkbom57
    @Boomerkbom57 Месяц назад +35

Honestly, I love how well Siffrin's thoughts match the player's but I think the best moment of that is one that most people don't notice. Right at the end, some players are fine, meanwhile others are like "Hey no, you aren't allowed to forgive me, that's not okay, I'm meant to feel bad" as Siffrin is feeling the exact same way. I also like how the big moral of the story isn't quite reached. The game is well aware of the fact that Siffrin got his good ending without actually telling people how he feels, because he didn't suddenly fix that part of himself, but there are still signs he's getting better. He agrees to share his feelings with Mirabelle, and to explain all the loop things to Isabau, and of course pretty much all of the Loop conversation, but he doesn't instantly get better. He has to work on it but he openly agreed to trying.

    • @Boomerkbom57
      @Boomerkbom57 Месяц назад +10

I also like how every character forgave Siffrin in different ways. I can definitely imagine a world where they all just went "Oh you felt bad so being mean is okay." But each character takes it differently. Odile both forgives Siffrin for his sake to stop him for blaming himself for everything, and also from a sort of perspective of a parental figure not letting it get to her. Bonnie doesn't fully understand what happens but thinks back to how his sister acted to try understanding Siffrin. Mirabelle is still angry but it's important that the way she's angry isn't in the way that Siffrin was worried and expected to be. Isabau is probably the strangest one which honestly, I think I might genuinely not be Isabau enough to put that one cleanly into words.

    • @Tenebrais
      @Tenebrais Месяц назад +9

@@Boomerkbom57 Isabeau didn't really feel like there was anything to forgive - sure, what Siffrin said was hurtful, but it was so cleanly pointed that Isabeau was just flattered that Siffrin cared for him enough to be able to get frustrated by the flaws they were pointing out. He is seeing it all through the rose-tinted glasses of a big crush, after all.

I genuinely understand why you two feel like Siffrin didn't communicate at the end, but that's partially because you didn't finish talking to any of the party. There was still quite a lot of dialogue left with all of them.
Siffrin *does* finally open open and talk about when he went through will all four of them. But you as the player need to actively choose to do that (just like Siffrin needs to actively choose to do it), which unfortunately you two didn't do.

i think when i finished the game i also struggled at accepting the forgiveness of all the party members? it felt undeserved, but also thats Such A Sif thought to have. "they are friends with you now, they love you now" but they were always friends! and sif was always loved! even at their worst they are loved! which is hard to accept but is so so important (and also a testament to how well this game puts you in the headspace of siffrin)

Sif actually didn't do *that* much bad stuff in this final loop. Like, he hurled some very well pointed insults at his friends and then later.. kind of threatened them and tried to run away from the situation? He didn't attack them, Odile was the only one to attack. On the other hand, his wish, which he originally meant well by the way, literally saved the entire country of Vaugarde, the lives of his friends included. They'd have no chance against the King. So- perhaps they should be forgiving him easily. Not that Mira's verbal counterattack or "we can't trust him" of Odile was the nicest way of handling the situation either.

Your reactions in this video make me think that you have, like, absorbed Siffrin into yourselves. That Siffrin needs to face consequences, that they should be mad at Siffrin, that they shouldn't care about siffrin on a loop where he was mean. Those are all Siffrin thoughts.
The point of this imperfect loop being the last one is that it's true from the heart, not that it's happy or perfect or anything. There are 45 or so levels of the party being together before we meet them. They love each other, they've always loved each other, Siffrin's mental state just made them unable to recognize it.
Also kinda unfair to say that Siffrin just accepted it when the party said they loved him anyways when Odile literally had to use some sort of counter time craft to stop them from immediately looping back, haha.

On the physical touch aspect: I know the big fight ended with them all tackling and hugging them, right? So it makes sense that there's a little bit less awkwardness there.
As for the communication... I know others mentioned there are other dialogue options, but even just without those in the video: Sif has been in a horrible situation that they're just barely crawling out of. They're carrying trauma that, in many ways, they're gonna need to work through, and in many ways they're in the position where they need comfort and care before the harder healing process starts.
It makes sense that they wouldn't necessarily want to hear about the loops, either. These are other versions of them, with experiences that they don't share. It would be kind of like if you ran into a clone of someone and they wanted not to necessarily be talked to like they're you, right? They didn't talk to this Mira. She hasn't discovered some things about herself and wants that to happen naturally. It's like someone feeling uncomfortable with any identity revelation that they've not hit naturally but rather someone just walks up and says "you're this." I think she can infer some things about the talk they had, but she isn't that Mirabelle. It's okay for her not necessarily to want to talk about things they went through with her right now, because in some ways they are fundamentally different people.
Isa's feelings haven't changed, which is neat, but Sif has changed and so you're right about them maybe not being that person anymore. And Odile expressing things to help Sif from blowing it out of proportion and getting down on themself in the moment again makes some sense. Minimizing the issue to help move on from it in the moment. They can talk about all the big stuff later. That's the thing that I think is important is that the characters want Sif to talk to them even after this. Sif doesn't need to immediately unload the trauma of what happened. First they need to feel safe and rest. And that's kind of what these first conversations are reading as to me: Them making sure Sif comes down from what happened and making sure that it's known that they are not blamed for the things that happened when they were trapped in a horrible situation.
I do genuinely understand feeling like the lesson isn't learned, but I think it was based on these conversations, it's just being eased into, rather than leaping into it. Change of behavior can be more complicated than that, especially after a traumatic event that's still this fresh.

There's really no need for any multiverse shenanigans to take place, it's just the same time travel loopy stuff - Start Again happens, then Sif makes a wish to get out/someone to help him - so he gets transformed into a star-helper and loops back - only this time he gets out as Loop, a different person - and meets Siffrin from the very first loop.

i think where the disconnect could be is the HUGE range of possible experiences within the actual time loops. a good deal of the scenes you guys had gotten were optional, and those were some of the worst ones too. on top of that it’s definitely possible for the progression of the story to take many different forms, some longer and some way shorter. any ending after such a huge variation in experience is gonna be very hit or miss depending on what exactly you did and saw, and what made a big impact. i personally thought the ending was very successful on my first experience of this game, but i also hadn’t seen all of the things you had when i got there and i can see where you’re coming from so maybe my opinion would’ve been different, i don’t know

I cannot WAIT to tear this game apart for use in my DnD games.
For real though, this game has been amazing. Not least of all because of the absolute, top-tier voice acting provided by you two. Siffrin? Isa? Odile? Mira? Bonnie? I love all of them. Loop? Incredible. The head housemaiden? great. The MYSTERY and the DRAMA and the - AAAAAAAAAA I could go forever.
The King is an incredible villain, even when you've killed them five or six times.
I do agree that we could've done a final loop where we learn to communicate, but I like the ending as it is.
My only complaint is that I really, really need to know what's up with Siff's homeland. Even if we don't bring it back, just learning how or why it's gone would really tie this game up.
Maybe we'll get an Epilogue that deals with all of that.
Can't wait for the next game!

Siffrin themselves in those conversations has doubts still about their ending and how the party feels about them. Things are not perfect for the final loop, and it’s actually been really fun to look at fan works post game exploring how things are worked through and reacted to afterward. I also find it cool talking about the difference made by playing start again first, it was fun hearing ur guys thoughts!
Edit: Want to clarify when I say the final loop isn’t perfect, I don’t mean the ending itself but that so many things go wrong and Sif ends up having to live with that going forward. The ending gives good closure but also leaves enough open for thought and to build off of for what would happen after which I find really fun.

I totally get your talk in the middle of the video, and it was very interesting and i get where you were coming from, but you were unfortunately kinda going to conclusions before all the conversations ended, and then reading all the extra dialogue after you first read their conversation, where they are more direct bout what you were talking about iirc, and then the stuff that happens later. You were like 3 dialogue text boxes away from Siffrin saying "i need time to process stuff" as an example lol, directly acknowledging your concerns about Siffrin not speaking up and being traumatized, which is what made you uncomfy. But if you were expecting the actual unpacking to happen in the game, that is not going to happen in game. Thats in the theoretical field of fanfiction!
About the loop reveal, after thinking about stuff, the multiverse angle loop proposes is just an assumption they made. From reading the game a bunch of time through other people, what the game itself seems to suggest, and also some comment from the dev, is that Sif from start again did a wish to get out of his situation and to have someone help him, so the universe/the wish granted both wishes in on go, by removing his consciousness into this star form, and leaving behind in his Siffrin body a new Siffrin right before the loops started. Basically cloning himself, which is what the diary in the study was also about. No real multiverse as far as I can see. Or why siffrin's nickname is stardust and Loop said the reason is that siffrin is what was left behind, or the thing of Siffrin eating the star at the start of the game.
This also makes Loop's remarks about him proclaiming the party were their party members first and what they say after the battle actually have weight and sense, because as you said otherwise its a "nah uh, yours are in another universe" which is just cheap. If you reread the Loop dialogue under this lens you'll see everything flows much better.
As a fun and sad extra note, the thing about holding hands. I think it is pretty much true and real that if siffrin was ever able to hold someone else when he looped, they would loop with him. A big emphasis of siffrin not reaching out in time isabeau's hand in the all family quest loop seems to imply this. And perfectly fits with the "touch aversion" that was going on in the story until now, which directly prevented that.
Loop in start again never got over the actual reason for why the loops were happening. At the end of start again, Loop looped right when mirabelle said they were going home. Loop only regained briefly his emotions towards his party, but they never got over about their feeling of letting go and talking to everyone else. This Siffrin actually did/realized this is the problem and is going to work on them once they leave and rest.
The wishes also aren't explained directly, but from observation and also a bit of the Dev's comments, they do interact and exist and try to work all of them together to try and grant all of them. The king's wish was granted in this ending. Sif's was granted, vaugarde's was too, and all three of Loop's were too. But the way they had to go about them to make everything happen eventually had some troubles of course, mainly between sif's and vaugarde's conflicting through the game.
Also, as the dev said vaguely but directly, the colors disappeared ages ago, while the island was forgotten like 5 years ago because of another wish we don't know of.

Thank you very much for this explanation, I didn't quite get why Loop wish put them in this situation assuming what they were saying about multiverse, this explanation of makes more sense, "want to leave this situation, for anyone to help him" it looks like the Universe twisted their wish but ONLY because they also have to fit other wishes and not just for the sake of twisting them because you weren't specific enough like monkey paw, it makes a really interesting magic system

I know that oftentimes one story is enough and sequels can be forced, but I'd love a sequel to this game that plays with the other unusual events. The Missing Island, the loss of color, maybe even some cataclysmic event that changes the graphics from 3d to 2d.

I had a different read on the ending that made it click a lot better for me. Sif absolutely needs to work on their communication, don’t get me wrong, but the non-communication isn’t their only flaw. He’s also very deep in a mindset of self-loathing (that has been around since well before the loops started, judging from how they berate themselves for dying to the trap in the first loop). And it can be so, so hard to be vulnerable and communicate when you’re scared that you’ll just be wasting people’s time. Making them uncomfortable or sad just because you aren’t feeling well. You want to be around the ones you love, but you can’t show them how hurt you are or they might start to hate being around you
But in this final loop, Siffrin’s family shows him that they still love him, still care about him, even after experiencing his multiple mental breakdowns. And that lets Siffrin learn a much more fundamental lesson than just communicating by itself. They learn that there are people who care about them. That they can love and trust without fear of those feelings being unrequited. It might take some time for them to translate that into being able to speak openly about their trauma, but healing takes time.
This also ties in with the loop reveal and ending. Despite the whole attempted murder thing, Sif forgives loop (forgives themselves) and seems to acknowledge that neither of them are the monstrous, terrible people they think of themselves as. They’re just… hurt. Hurt and lonely and in need of help.
That’s why I love the ending to this game so much. It says that it’s okay to get help from other people, even if you don’t quite feel like you deserve it. That people can care about you even if you make mistakes. That you aren’t who you are at your worst, and just maybe, you can let go of your self-hatred for a bit and start learning how to rest.

I’m confused why they are confused about the ending? Did they expect it to end like Start Again: a Prologue? But isn’t the only reason Start Again: a Prologue ended the way it did was *because* it was a prologue and not the full game? I feel like if Stars in Time ended the same way the prologue did it would be a much worse game. The prologue didn’t even really have an ending, it just ended, without any payoff, which was fine because it was only a prologue and not the full game. The end of the prologue is basically a cliffhanger building to the actual game, Stars in Time. Did they think Stars in Time was just Start Again but bigger? What would even be the point of that game? You get attached to all these characters with hopes and dreams only for the ending to say everything they did was pointless and they’re trapped forever? I’m just so confused what there interpretation of the prologue was. I’m so confused it’s giving me a headache. I feel like I’m trying the read the name of the island listening to you guys talk. JUST LET SIFFRIN BE HAPPY.

Thank you both for the playthrough and for getting me into this game (which has become an instant favorite)! I enjoyed every moment with delight. I agree with everyone else in the comments that talking to your party a second time would had probably made the ending feel a bit better, but it was understandable with a 2 hour long video that you wanted to finish it sooner.
Here are some of my observations about wishes: only the King, Loop and Sif knew the rituals of Wish Craft. Although a lot of people in Vaugarde wished to be saved, in Odile's theory, that wished merged with Siffrin's, focalizing it on his person and making him powerful enough to use Time Craft. That's why you are compelled to loop back when you are stuck on the House.
We don't know what the King wished for spefically, but it just now ocurred to me that maybe something similar must have happened with the King. A lot of people wanted to remember the island and maybe all that will was focalized on the King, and it's what gave him tremendous power. A power that he then used to make horrible things (unlike Siffrin, who just yelled at their party and kissed his crush).
But I think in the end the wish of the King was fullfilled, because in the middle of frozing he remembered his country, which is what he lamented most when he was dying. I don't know if fulfilling this wish was a requirement to end the loops, but I hope it helped to clean a bit of Wish Craft lefted over.
Anyway, thanks again for the videos! Probably gonna rewatch this playthrough from time to time, since it was so good.

I think it's fascinating how you two were uneasy with that ending, because the only other full-length Lets Play I've seen of this game was JelloApocalypse and they were the complete opposite. It seemed like they had a slightly different read on the game's themes than you did, so they felt that this ending was "the only correct way" this story could have ended. It does seem like Start Again may have poisoned your reading by planting a different, opposite ending in your mind from the beginning. But also, different people just experience media different ways.

  • @All54321

I know this video is marked as the end, but I hope there’s another for additional dialogue with the party, it’s really insightful and helps explain some things more.
But also, Sif has just gone through a lot and they only know some of it, they’re not pressing Sif for information because that’s even more stress. It takes time to heal and they’re giving Sif that. They still have a long journey ahead of them, there’s plenty of time for Sif to talk about everything, there’s no reason to rush and force Sif to spill everything then.

9:57 Word, in a similar, mundane situation I did try to figure it out and talk to the person. Turns out they were indider trading against a company I cared for. Pretty mean but we sorted it out
11:23 That is very kind. I wish to sometime preserve the memory of those responsible for all I have done in a similar manner

    22:04 I can't agree. It's somewhat sad
23:48 *Looks at runtime. Looks at devlog* Extended epilogue?
25:15 Isa has such amazing faces. He's so cool
26:18 Honestly I'd be tempted to hug the person that did something like that to me if they weren't feeling murderous. Only my psychologist and a family member ever cut me that deep. Relatable!
28:59 I wouldn't have waited long. Still, he might reexamine. What an amazing character.
32:16 I'd feel better if you didn't hsve the Memory Of Bad Touch, but anyhow, victory in that respect. Isabeau probably the second best character.
34:57 True... but I also have no experience on the matter, so I couldn't tell you. I have not been on a single date
35:28 If it happens it's gonna be a The Hunger Games kinda pairing. Who am I to dictate what insertdisc5 should and shouldn't do?
36:49 Well, he TRIED to, and accepted the help, but Sif's gonna need to deploy and silence them when they attempt to interrupt. Otherwise this may boil over later
    37:43 You're sharp!
44:30 WHAAAAAAT!??? AWWWWW YYEEEAAAHHH!!!! SO MUCH *WIN!!!!*
48:36 These payoffs are awesome. This one is similar to the stylish lady. I love it!
50:06 Oh, so not Head Housemaiden talk! Also, the House looks to much nicer now!
51:44 She is the protagonist, after all! So fleshed out!
56:40 Cessation of purpose? With no payoff?
56:51 Wait. The same one? Were they actually serious, in that dialogue choice you did not see?
57:55 Oh, so they laughed in shock... So that old tale in the house... That Sif knew from their parents... HOW!? Of course they'd disappear from craft overuse... This is very tragic, they didn't even know what they looked like
58:34 THEY EXIST! YES! I got that spoiled but Apparently I looked away early enough to not know this!
59:51 And now they use the Island expressions... what is there to hide? No wonder they were so often mean. Ziblizubelú?
1:01:02 Victory was only thanks to them, though. They must realize that. This is a very Ghost Trick moment. Wish I had that OST here.
1:02:30 Tragic as heck. This is heartwrenching. What will they do, now?
1:03:46 SIF JUMPSCARE!? Does this game have ANOTHER secret boss!? Aaaaaaaa!!!
1:04:49 Sif is SCISSORS type, weak to ROCK! GO!
1:05:57 You have a heal, I would just guard for a bit in case pacifism needed. U suspect that due to low hitpoint amounts!
1:06:22 NEVERMIND THIS IS NOT GHOST TRICK IT'S MORE OMORI INSPIRATION!
    *WOOOOOOOOHOOOO!!!*
1:09:09 I didn't notice. Serves me right for watching SA right in the middle of this!!! I FORGOT! HA!
1:11:37 They never got the Carrot book, they never perform a Kinda Sus run, and they blame You. But Loop was also there to help on that. Why were they so concerned then? More acting? Do they hope to replace you? I just hope to not see "Loop erases the enemy" in the next turn
1:14:16 This is awesome and it Hurts! Loop erases the enemy indeed! This rules.
1:15:25 Why can't we have this on TV!? Only VG and TTRPG get this level of hurt. Also, they have a Red eye. This is so dangerous
1:18:00 No diplomacy. What a sad state of affairs... Thanks for the help, Loop. You'll be remembered fondly.
1:19:23 ^ unrelatable pessimist and small stupeed doo-doo head XDDD. This is better than I expected!
1:21:04 This is a *WIN* the size of Ceres!
1:22:17 I still wonder how They knew that the finger signal was a telephone Xd. Maybe the Change God said it
1:26:07 I better see continuation fanworks in the vein of AFAC, ENDERTALE and the Warmth of Summer Omori fics. Joy indeed.
1:28:54 And now, the game can properly end. Hopefully we get some AA credits as well!
1:35:55 Huzzah, theatre! The world is over, and victory is ours! All actors to the in-house therapist, don't look at the calendar reading June the 26th, all enjoy a drink and a snack and well played! Thanks to our hosts, and see you guys around!
1:37:17 As a Homestuck, Omori and Ghost Trick fan, I knew it was likely to end well, but I was overjoyed to see the execution. A gruly outstanding game, deffo 3rd or 4th favourite ever. Hat's off!
1:37:42 Did it remarkably well. Only Ghost Trick and Phoenix Wright (original trilogy) managed to do that for me consistently. Not even UT managed it quite to that level. One of the greatest strengths for sure, especially thanks to QA.
1:39:22 Well I got spoiled that there's extra dialogue if you complete Kinda Sus if you talk to Odile again, so I presume you just think that because you didn't see it XD

Lovely series! Thank you for recording it for us!
Is it bad to say that the game's demo seems to have had a better ending than the full game? Like the moment where everyone calls Sif on being weird and forces them to have an intervention was so good. Sif doing things so long he forgot everyone's names was also neat, although I knew they couldn't pull it off in the full game since people namedrop one another so often. But as you mentioned - Sif at the end still doesn't communicate and doesn't have that "let's hug it out and talk it out about everything you've been through"...
As for the wishes, as I understand it the whole thing wasn't caused by Sif's wish but by multiple wishes causing a paradox. If it was only Sif's wish then everyone would've just got convinced to stay together at the end. But Sif wanted to stay together with everyone, Vaugarde wanted to be saved (it was implied that everyone wishing together made it a real wish even though they didn't follow the ritual) and the King wanted something along the lines of the perfect moment lasting forever. If you die, Vaugarde can't be saved, so you loop. If you defeat the King, his wish doesn't come true, so you loop. The loops ended only because we accidentally loopholed the King to get his wish by time freezing him. At the end everyone makes up because that fulfils your wish and you can stay together.
It's still neat that the game has so many layers of understanding you have to go through - "We need to defeat the King to escape the time loop." "That didn't work, I need to defeat the King AND have the perfect day with everyone to escape the time loop." "That didn't work, what else is going on? Wish Craft? What the heck?" "I think I understand everything and now I will fulfil the wish and this can all end... What do you mean I get an emotional catharsis with my family as well?".
Getting a loop after having a big emotional moment with everyone would've been such a lovely gut punch it would put the game on another level. But then it would need to top it off and come up with an even better ending that wasn't "and you were nice to everyone and won" since that wouldn't feel fitting. Not sure what the ending could've been to still feel satisfying though, so I'm glad it ended where it did...

I actually got a rare scene late into my second ISaT playthrough, where at the very start of a loop, Siffrin forgot all of his party members' names and frantically called Loop, who had to slowly and calmly name and describe each of his party members to him, to calm him down.

@@MiDuWay Apparently that happens if you use the Call Loop craft a lot of times! At least, that's what I've heard,
And aside from that, Siffrin DOES get a little taste of this-- in one of the bathroom scenes, he forgets Odile's name (refers to her as "the researcher" and "t-the tall one, with the glasses...!!!") until Odile actually interacting with them makes them remember. Then they frantically chant something like "Odile. Mirabelle. Isabeau. Bonnie" for a few times before exiting the bathroom

my issue if i was in this kind of time loop is id probably learn not too long in that breaking the loop requires renouncing my wish, but id constantly be like "ok i vould break the loop, but i have infinite time to become the best version of myself in any way i want, so if i break it now om wasting a good oppurtunity." id probably tell my party about the loops but just as a way to get them up to speed so they can help me train or learn new things.

You know what kind of rubs me the wrong way? Sif not communicating his wish. It's something the character knows and he knows it can be causing a problem but the player doesn't know and can't learn until the end of the game.
They could've solved this by making Sif also not know what wish he made since it was Loop that made that wish originally. Would've made the mystery a bit more organic and less "Sif won't tell you just to keep this mystery conveniently going"...

    • @MiDuWay
      @MiDuWay 25 дней назад +2

I'm pretty sure Sif didn't know what wish he made, for the vast majority of the game. The wish was made subconsciously.

@@MiDuWay That and the very key detail that Siffrin forgets things incredibly often, as the game establishes. If you keep examining items through loops he'll forget what a stuffed animals called despite remembering the name a loop or so ago. Plus the in-game text that says they are even starting to forget past loops, of course Siffrin would not inherently remember something they [especially assumed was unimportant or was subconscious] from the very start.
