Omg I could cry right now, I have a really long thick hair and I’ve always been so intimidated by my hair and just didn’t wanna put any effort into my hair because it would never turn out how I wanted it too. lol but I did it and you helped a lot to other people it might seem a bit dramatic but they don’t understand what we go through as black Women and taking the first steps to appreciate our natural hair. It came out soooo well and I’m so happy because it looks so good and I feel so accomplished so thank you !😊😊💕💕
I literally agree, hair is such a big deal for us black women, just by the pressure in society and the pressure we put on ourselves, its tough, but its now way better than it has been before, more self accpetance.
i love the middle braid idea ! whenever i do 2 braids, the middle always has hair coming out from the part after a few days cuz i have breakage in my crown area. i'll be doing the middle braid from now on to help keep the hairs from coming out as much. thanks for the inspo 💞
@@Tyiece I've always wanted the big doll head when I was little. I forgot about that😂 but I didn't care about hair and learning to do styles like I do now
@@Tyiece your welcome. Thanks for sharing this video because it helps ladies like me with shorter natural hair to be able to achieve a beautiful hairstyle that has all of the hair up.
Beautiful Tyiece😍 You have given me inspiration I use to rock this style when I was younger I think it's time to bring it back.😊 Your hair looks lovely girl 💕💖
yes I love it. It's has a hard hold for a long time and doesn't flake with certain products. You just have to experiment and know which product it works well with. It will be safe to just use the matching leave in conditioner
Tyiece i was using ego flaxseed gel and wide tooth comb and brush but now its to short for two braids now its shorter like the other video i commented on
@@Tyiece Moisturize your scalp/hair first before oiling so that the oil can form a film that prevents the moisture from evaporating into the atmosphere too quickly. If your hair is porous enough, just a simple water spritz will do the job; otherwise you might want to deep condition first so that your scalp and hair aren't dry to begin with. Also, this will be less relevant if you add oil afterwards but regarding the humectant in your moisturizer, glycerin tends to work best in a humid climate and do the opposite in a dry climate (because it'll always try to create an equilibrium between the surface it's applied onto and the atmosphere). Hope this helps 👍🏻
Thank you so much for watching. Please check out my new satin bonnet brand on my website here 👉🏾 humbleglow.com
Please can you do more braided quick hairstyles like this because they’re so realistic and wearble for me :)
Am so lucky to be among those who are watching this
Love the way it turned out. I do the 2 braids but never thought of the middle braid. Thanks for sharing.
Glad it was helpful!

I LOVE YOUR NAME😩IV’E NEVER HEARD SOMEONE WITH A NAME LIKE THAT IT’S BEAUTIFUL🥰🥰🥰
Thank you so much 😊
Awesome hair tutorial! ❤ the hairstyle!
Thanks
Beautiful! I wish i knew how to braid.
It's easier to get a straight part if you get the combs with the metal end. They are cheap at hair supply stores
ok thank you for the tip
Nice u are so real, thanks hun.
Thanks and You're welcome.
I tried to do French braids and they looked crunchy, any advice?😅
This was so cute and simple ,
This is beautiful 😍😍
Thank you
Hi, I love the style! Could you try a french braid? And how many inches long is your hair?
I love the texture of your black shiny kinky hair
Thank you
Ty for posting this!❤
Beautiful! 💕 Would you recommend this gel for 4c hair? Did it flake? And also how long did your edges stay laid?
yes I love it. It's has a hard hold for a long time and doesn't flake with certain products. You just have to experiment and know which product it works well with. It will be safe to just use the matching leave in conditioner
Thank you
Thankyouu😍😍😍these were helpful tips🥰
My first time with long hair and I’m here trying to learn how to braid it myself. 🥹
Is the gel like the edge control type? I love it
Yes it’s more of a smoothing gel than a wet set gel. It’s great for sleek styles. It’s the Alikay Naturals lemongrass gel
I am inspired , def doing this
Yes enjoy 😊
Cute style. 😊
Thank you! 😊
Is there a difference in how the braid looks when you blow dry it prior to braiding versus not blow drying? Pls respond. Thanks.
Yes there is a difference. It looks more sleek with less frizz when you blow dry it first. It’s also easier to braid when blow dried
Thank you, I will try it out. God bless you.🙏😇
My two braids always come out different man. We have the same hair except i big chopped yesterday and now its a little bit shorter now
Congrats. Yeah because our dominate hand is easier to use. What are you going to do with it?
Tyiece i was using ego flaxseed gel and wide tooth comb and brush but now its to short for two braids now its shorter like the other video i commented on
