    I don’t usually rely on people who don’t have my hair texture to help me learn a style, but your explanation and techniques helped me so much. It took me about a million tries and 12 hours but um I did it. 🥺🥳

    “Middle finger goes under, grab some extra hair. Middle finger goes under, grab some extra hair,” is theeeeee best instruction thus far for doing this hair style. Thanks. I think I’ve got it now.

    • @Katara0403
      @Katara0403 5 лет назад +1

      For the shrinking I braid it while it's wet and then when it starts getting more dry, I rebraid the bottom half to elongate it.

    • @Katara0403
      @Katara0403 5 лет назад +2

    • @thebethmethod
      @thebethmethod  4 года назад +1

      This is good advice! If you stretch your hair and braid it while dry, that will help! Maybe do large single braids or twists and let it air dry, and then take them down and do your dutch braids. Hope it works for you!

    So basically, you have to do the arms separate if you want it like going down *away* from your ear. But your elbows together, to make it *closer* on the side of your head if I'm correct ;)

      Yes! That's right, you could technically do it either way,m but that's the easiest positioning for me!

    I can’t make it stick to my scalp:/ it’s as if I’m braiding out even if I try puling it tight…

      Don’t forget to grab hair from each side and add it into every section as you braid! This will cause your braid to “stick”! Hope this helps! 💕
