As someone with chronic pain, I routinely use that machine on high intensity because it replaces my usual pain with a more bearable type of pain. Y'all are making me realize I'm kind of a badass.
Yes I had to really push my lower back while in labour because of my back labour pains. It didn't go away at all but it helped somewhat. They also usually give an epidural during a contraction because you're in pain anyway. I literally didn't feel mine at all lol. You are badass! I'm sorry you deal with chronic pain, it's debilitating on the mind but you got this.

Yes!! My labor was 13 hours, 9pm-10am. contractions started 6 minutes apart then after 2 hours was 4 minutes then 2.. ahh so exhausting having no rest. Then the 2nd degree tearing 😳 I love that men can experience some of it, but it's definitely a walk in the park compared to the real thing!
@@katiep3027 yes! My labor was 20 hours. I was trying to go all natural and made it to 8cm all while puking the entire time from the pain. Unless you've been through the real thing nothing really compares!
