I like that in this interpretation of the Power Rangers, Tommy is more like the loose cannon of the group, sort of like Raph is. If I am not mistaken in the actual Japanese original story the Green Ranger was the loose cannon because he was the illegitimate or adopted elder son of the father of the Red Ranger, making the Red and the Green Rangers half or step brothers. Since they were Dinosaur evolved humans in origin, each Ranger was part of a Clan that represented their species, and the for the Tyrannosaurus Clan the Red Ranger was the head of it, but the Green Ranger was claiming it to be his title and birthright, becoming first a villain and trying to to kill the Red Ranger, but in time then becoming the Anti-Hero of the group. So seeing Tommy as part of the team but Jason still being the leader is quite cool.

That was so good. So good I wish that they came a cartoon special out of it. Like nickelodeon did with batman and teenage mutant ninja turtles. I'm serious get most the cast of power rangers back to do their voices in this cartoon Special. I can see the original power rangers Jason David Frank Amy jo Johnson David Yost Walter Emanuel Jones and Austin St. John Reprise their voices for this. I also get the same voices actors who did the Batman vs TMNT special. I think it would make nice hour and a half tv movie.
I think there was although admittedly it was YEARS ago probably before this comic came out even and it wasn't the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. But there was a crossover between TMNT and Power Rangers. But it was a Crossover of the TMNT from the live-action movie back in the 90s I think and Power Rangers in Space
Unfortunately, I don't think there would be a new animated crossover that is based on this comic at least not starring the original cast of the MMPR as the actor of Trini (the Yellow Ranger) died years ago.

I'm talking about the Power Rangers fighting game (it's called Power Rangers Battle for the Grid) they have for the current consoles. Trini is a playable character and they got a different voice actress for her. I'm saying if they made an animated movie of MMPR vs TMNT, they can use the voice actress who voiced Trini in the Battle for the Grid video game.

I loved this story but they should have done more with Tyler regarding who he was to give us a reason to care.
I love the Ninja Turtles as Power Rangers. They look awesome. Black Ranger Donnie, Pink Ranger April, Blue Ranger Leo, Yellow Ranger Mikey, Red Ranger Raph, and coolest of all, Green Ranger Shredder.

I am profoundly pleased that they had the sense to make the turtles choose their Morphers based on their mask color, and not their roles. It was have agitated the hell out of me and my OCD if they pulled a Voltron and mixed the colors up for shits and giggles 😬
