3:30 Please forgive me if I am wrong, but comparing the pulley on the motor to the pulley on the grinding head, the pulley on the motor seems too small. If I am correct, your grinding head would not be spinning as fast as I think it should be spinning, causing poor cutting ability. Just my $0.02.
I have not thought of upgrading the pulley to get more torque or speed. The one on it is the one that came with the motor. I will look into this Thankyou for bringing that to my attention
