    When I throw things I feel like my throwing arm almost is dislocating. However I can bench 225 for reps... So could you make videos on how to make the shoulders more stable when moving fast? (throwing, jumping and fighting)

      Johan Jönsson Chris may better at answering this but I think it has a lot to do with the muscles that help keep the shoulder in socket. So a lot of prehab arm care exercises like bands and light dumbbells. In fact, Chris shot a video about this subject that I am going to post on my channel soon. So stay tuned!

      RJ TheJet Rodriguez yes but it is Mechanics also. Im strong in the weightroom with my squats and deadlifts and my rows but i feel i should be throwing harder

    Every time I throw a baseball it goes a certain distance then dives almost straight down, I can’t make super far throws because of this.
