This chessboard reminds me of the earlier days of this channel, when you hadn't the World chess tournament board. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but this one drives me down to memory lane. Glad to see it back!

@@ASMRChess I mean I’ve seen multiple videos of RUclipsrs (both ASMR channels and other channels) do unboxing videos of them opening stuff from their fans, i find it very entertaining and it’s a way for people to show you appreciation for your content. You can easily integrate ASMR into it too. You might get some cool stuff just you (not related to chess nor asmr) but people could also send you chess boards or other fun things related to asmr or maybe fan art (maybe someone will draw a chessboard with your hands and 2 chess pieces talking to each other or something lol) and often times people will send kind notes (just something a little extra to show you appreciation rather than only liking the video, commenting and subscribing)…idk i think it would be cool and it doesn’t hurt to try and worse case scenario no one uses it and you just close it.

To remember it easily, I think the move Bd6 we see at 35:40 is simply to avoid the fork on c7 by the Knight since the Queen would be pinned and does not really defend it. What do you think?

I had an odd thought. I have been going through Irving Chernev's "Most Instructive Games of Chess Ever Played". My edition uses descriptive notation.
Would you consider making a video reciting descriptive notation? As I say the moves in my head, I find it more poetic to recite descriptive notation than modern notation. I am curious how that would translate to an ASMR video and think it would be a fun experiment to gain feedback on. Thank you for taking the time to read this crazy suggestion.😅

Yes my sound device is acting up. I tried to notch but wasn’t possible without destroying the sound image. I’m working on fixing it. Problem should be gone in next video.

No. I have quite a bit of prep in the Sicilian Dragon and the Anti-Marshall, but none in the Anti-Bear-Attack.
are weapons allowed or is this purely a strength test? what kind of bear? if theres no weapons there could be a few types of bears you could possibly beat but if its something like a grizzly (or god forbid a polar bear) no amount of prep could make you stronger than the bear
