It always amazes me how you dance your brush so gingerly to create beautiful shapes. I definitely am learning a wet on wet technique is key. It's just gorgeous painting from a challenging color palette. ❤
Just bought this set in sekaido tokyo last week. I didn’t knkw this was a new release. I just bought it bc it was on sale for 1052 yen. So happy to see this video and now I’m excited to try it out now 💖
Beautiful! I doubt I'd find those paints in the US but I want to try this with what I have anyway. I notice how far back you hold your brush and that may be part of a problem I have getting that loose look. Love the city sounds, btw. Oh and I looked it up and "sumi" can mean "black ink" and "mei" can mean "dark".

💜💜💜 I am fascinated watching your brush “dance” - thank you!

The dark is that you have I think is the ink or charcoal set and the other set that you have is the graphic tent set.
Beautiful! Luv it
Are these lightfast colours?
Could you just add black or payees grey or indigo to your colors? That is what I do.
Yes you can! 😁 I just got curious with this set😁

I got that set in the US, there are a couple stores that have it.
It’s almost 3X the price of the original set, for now but I’m sure that will change as popularity grows 😊
I found them on Amazon! Beautiful. Different from Kuretake Graphite. Very pretty.
