It is amazing piece of art. They perform with great virtuosity, passion and love. Collaboration between musicians is out of any rational explanation. The best chamber performance in youtube so far.

These superb artists, very talented, are sensible virtuosos. masters, and offer now Mendelssohn after Schubert. I ever know two of them, brother and sister, who shone and excelled in the fabulous Zevnikoz orchestra. My sincere congratulations and admiration to these so gifted instrumentists in this difficult repertoire. In more, you are so nice. A very long future and career for this ensemble. You have selected two marvellous works from these great composers. With you, they are revealed like never. Bravo for this personal and inspired interpretation. Have you ever recorded them on a Cd ?

IMHO this is one of the finest performances of this piece that I've listened to on RUclips (even compared with the Bell, Maisky, Kissen performance!). Bravo!

A great performance but why did they play the scherzo so fast. Was it near closing time?
As long as it doesn't sound hurry! I think they did a great job!
It is a nice performance. The violinist does not quite get the top notes sometimes. At other times, there is too much cello when the more important voice is in the violin. It is amusing that this or that is deemed by some "the best performance on RUclips". How many have they heard? Who is the competition? People are funny.
As someone who has played this piece, I have to agree that this performance is pretty good.
