Carbohydrates are non essential to human life. How in the world can you get into trouble for recommending that you don't eat something that is not required to maintain good metabolic health. People the world over have struggled with weight their entire life while following traditional food recommendations. Something has to give if what you're doing is not working. The number of people who have been able to get their weight under control & reduce and even eliminate the use of medication with a low carb keto or carnivore diet can't be ignored.
