Faith, to keep you strong when feel desperation and desire to give up.
Hard work, because it's the only way that a regular people, like you and me, can use to change the things around us.
And goals to measure progress along the journey.
If your primary goal on your RUclips channel, is to have a 1.000 subscribes, maybe you should change it, to a goal witch is under your control, such to make a 100 videos, for example!
You cannot control the quantity of people are going to subscribe you RUclips channel, but you can control the quantity of videos you can make.
And at the end, more videos will attract more subscribers.
