Actually have ate the authentic Afghani pulao several times when i was a student and was eagerly waiting to try this at home but was unaware of the process and the ingredients but today after several years have made the same pulao which i had in my college days entire family was enjoying this delicacy today ..thank you for sharing. And the exact pulao they used to add lot more oil but this was pretty good
