Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

I have never seen your channel, and I’ve never seen this game before. It was recommended to me, and I have to say it was a damn fine recommendation. I’ve watched about 7-8 episodes in quick succession and I absolutely love this game. Your commentary and gameplay are exemplary, and your editing with the final-killcam-eske core destroys are phenomenal. For a little bit I honestly thought that it was a gameplay cutscene, but I’m impressed to see it’s your editing. Commenting because it’s good for the RUclips algorithm and to thank you for your marvelous content! Hopefully more people get this in their recommended!

Has anyone ever tried using energy shields to reflect ground based beams at the enemy?
Sounds like a 200 IQ play... until you miss your shot and end up blowing up your own floating fort. Some of these guys seems to fail launching their floating forts (not for being bad, but just because it's so hard in the first place).
I'll be honest, this mod kinda redesigns the whole game
Also lasers suck when they are moving (or the energy shield that is reflecting them is moving, or the target that they are shooting is moving).
So yeah, lasers aren't super viable in flying forts as a whole.

I got this game just because of your videos, I love this game.
Was a part of team bomb builders until I had to be replaced with yellow submarine because I wasn't able to make it xD.

The small barrels in every base are used for surendering. Me and my teammate used them to surender when we saw we have no chance of winning
The thing you were thinking of is Project Thor that throws telephone pole sized tungsten rods from orbit.

It was verry fun playing. My team "bomb builders" got only third but whatever. I am just frustrated that we lost to the team we won against in our first round

Well the second chance was a bit unfairly advantageous, I agree Georgi that some rule should have been established like: "in the event that in a later stage a match up re-occurs the prior matches losers will proceed into a best of three, where they have already suffered a loss" Basically giving your team a buffer that should you lose both teams will have had the chance to adapt. If your team wins, the losers already lost so, they were supposed to be out.

Ok ok. So I was thinking and I have a suggestion. Try the particle accelerator again but this time with 20mils

What happens when you shoot a laser through a particle accelerator? Serious question.
It travels instantly but there isn’t an end, would it just disappear in the accelerator?
So, light isn't instant, nd a particle accelerator uses electromagnets to accelerate things. If you fire a laser into a particle accelerator, the laser *doesn't change speed*. Likely what would happen? The light would probably change frequency.
Unless you're referring to in game, which I haven't seen yet. :p

It would just disappear in the accelerator, lasers stop going through portals if it’s gone through them too many times too prevent the game from crashing.

If you mean tier 3 cannons they are (not officially) banned. Everyone in the discord server just agrees to don't use them in flying forts
New and realy random idea: t3 particle accelerator.
It would take like 60 sek for it to come back down.

Technically you could stream your pc to your phone to play it on your phone

Couldn't they fire nukes from their ships using portals?
Also why do they always use the sniper on the floor to fire nukes, is it not possible from a remote base?
The nuke should find it's way over the mountain when targeted at the enemy base, right?
