This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
I came across your video when looking at visiting Ibiza for the weekend, post-pandemic, in a CO2 reduced way via train and ferry. The ferry schedules are not great, seemingly limited to one trip/day. Thank you for making this.
I’ve travelled many times with the dog and this one is the best option. It’s the fastest option and you can stay with them throughout the journey. Just take a warm jacket as always windy on the top deck
Best comment from your vlogs ever: "always a bit weird filming in bathrooms". Great vlog again, Nick. My and the Mrs always talk about maybe we'll do a 3 week holiday, traveling from the UK down through France and Spain, stopping off on the way to experience the sights. If Covid lasts years then we might be forced out of our plane-traveling laziness and actually do it, so great to see the ferry part of that journey. Definitely interested in seeing you tour the mainland. Keep up the good work!
Hi Daniel, yes that would be a great trip - I have done the route several times but it’s always in a rush to get back to Ibiza. 3 to 4 days is the longest it’s taken me. I hope the trip happens for you :)
Cool video as always mate, I might have already mentioned that I want to plan a road trip to Ibiza from the northwest of England. Bringing my Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth to Ibiza for a photo shoot around the island, I’ll be bringing it by trailer on the back of my car . Not really sure when that’s gonna happen now with all the covid crap going on? But just have to wait and see ! Looking forward to more of your videos mate, keep up the good work 👍👍👍
I know you hold the camera and thats why its a bit shaky, but i can see the ferry was shaking to due to the waves, is that right? Was there any people who got sea sick? Was the waves noticable?
Hey Nick, i can't find info about how the boat trip is from Denia to Formentera, cause im afraid of riding in boats.. Just wanted to know if the trip is calm or if is like those scary ones rocky trip. Thank you
No, in all honestly I cant say i have ever seen anyone sea sick. The fast ferry is very stable and if travelling in the summer month the sea is usually calm. It’s also only 2 hours so I’m sure you can do it :) In a few weeks I will be taking the crossing again so Ill let you know
I’ve a question plz, where you left your car when you went inside terminal to purchase a ticket? Did you go to purchase a ticket then you went out to take your car? How it’s work? Thank you
you took your own car from the UK OR a rental car from somewhere in mainland Spain ? If B. do you have to pay an excess to the car rental company to take the car away from mainland Spain ?
@@NickIbizahire cheers mate how long does it take and is to much messing about for one day ? You're videos are very good for first timers. It is my first time to ibiza in 9 days 🥳
@@NickIbizahire Yep. We put candles and beach mats in it and stayed there for a couple of days, waiting for the cheap ferry to Ibiza. Was a wonderful time and I liked Denia very much. Thanks for the upload. 🙂
Had thought of buying property on the mainland and hopping over to the island from time to time, although the cost of doing so regularly may be a little restrictive. Looking forward to more of the same Nick.
I went to school for five years in Denia and you're right it is a good idea to visit it again.

I hope you can too, even though I live in such a stunning place I have still missed travelling. Hopefully we are moving in the right direction now
Well done Nick. Great to see some normal vlogs on Ibiza “Real life”. Good job ! 👍😎

@@NickIbizahire I am convinced I will have to fly at least in one direction. ☹️
Very helpful video mate we are driving over next year with dog so the pet info was appreciated 👍

Depends on season of travel, during the winter months the mediterranean can get ugly
I want to try this..but I am afraid of getting seasick..Did you see any people getting seasick?

Hi Sahara, I had a booking confirmation which i exchanged for tickets at the desk. Very easy process. You then get back in the car and drive on
Are there any Ferry from Valencia to Ibiza?
Yes there are - Balearia operates all year round
you took your own car from the UK OR a rental car from somewhere in mainland Spain ? If B. do you have to pay an excess to the car rental company to take the car away from mainland Spain ?

As a foot passenger it can work out quite cheap - especially if booked in advance. It’s the car that bumps up the price
Thanks Nick. That’s worth knowing.
