I don't think I've seen a worse shot from a professional player than Taylor's first shot here.

that shot is probably the closest ever to what I had been able to do in his shoes.... didn't seem to me like he was meaning anything whatsoever with it..
it seems like he was trying to put the cue ball behind that red, but he didn't hit it hard enough.
At least I can say now that I play just like a professional.

The fact that a 147 can look so effortless speaks lengths about the class of Ronnie.
I play at our local club I often get 147s, I've had hundreds of breaks over 100 it's not difficult

Apart from his record breaking 5m 8second break this is by far the most fluent 147 he has done. The man is a genius and we will never see the likes of him again in our lifetime.
Anything is possible. I can guarantee you there will be someone better in the future. Whether he comes in our lifetime or not, he will come.
I was fortunate enough to see Ronnie and Stephen Hendry in an exhibition match in Huddersfield a good few years ago. Ronnie knocked in a century on the second frame (if memory serves), then followed that with two 147's. I sat there absolutely dumb struck, I'm damn sure I'll never see anything like it again in my lifetime.

well even worse if you're a decent pool player, im a pretty good average player, but when trying snooker for the first time it's so frustrating since you can make balls easily on pool, but none on snooker. even more frustrating than what i can remember when holding a cue for the first time

Neal keeps on saying "the reds were in the perfect position for the maximum". He potted a difficult red in the corner to get back on the black. He opened the reds, that is why they were in the perfect position.

Only last year at 43 he wins the inaugural coral series beating judd and robbo in the final to return to world number 1 the man is simply the greatest a genius the governor 👌

Blinded by utter hatred and ignorance because someone is still better than Judd Trump, who when in comparison to the greats, is still but a child in the game.
