So if my mother could find time to take care of these thousands of things , I am sure, if someone really wants to do something, despite the constraints, they will do it. Did not even know to cook , but I did bake a chocolate cake at least once a month. "khichadi " (Rice + dal) with curd on the side or Roti and sabzi/ Boxed pasta with herbs/chicken - was our go to meal. when we renovated our kitchen - the vision was " the kitchen should be light and airy - an invisible space " .
