Nayeonnie my legs are somewhat strong or at least became stronger because i went to the gym a lot between october and february, and i mainly worked out my legs. i used machines and bodyweight exercises to do this. don’t worry, i lost my balance a lot when i was learning to do that part where you drop to the floor, it just took some getting used to. to strengthen your legs for future dances you may learn, you can do quick 5 or 10min home workouts for your legs, all bodyweight exercises. these would include things like lunges, squats and kicks. you can find loads on youtube! but yes also, your knee injury might have something to do with it :( pls be careful not to hurt yourself! good luck with the rest of the dance! :)) 💕
