Yes!!!! Just used it for the first time yesterday on our biggest project yet! Those windows looked like they were cleaned with a water fed pole! I swear! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Perfect timing… I’m about to softwash the entryway of a national retail chains million sq ft HQ with Southern Drawl. It’s all stucco and glass. I should film it. Thank you Coty!
Well dangit it worked! It’s harder to film than you’d think. Just know if you ever buy electronics in NJ you’ve been to this store and have peace of mind Southern Drawl cleaned their HQ. Thank you 🇺🇸 MAGA 🇺🇸
Where I’m from in California our TDS levels in water are over 500 so even with the surfactant I get spots still 😞 good thing I also window clean and use that as the upsell house and window cleaning
Biggest problem solved lol, I always try to explain it to customer and tell them the difference between house and window cleaning separately, but some just don’t wanna pay extra $ This is great, now i can do the basic window wash without any stress Thanks
Did I hear you write that 1 gallon of this soap will only last for six pails of SH? I’m using something at the moment that two or 3 ounces for 15 gallon pail of SH is all you need I’m just trying to see if I misheard you
When you use it on a roof, do you use it with SH and water running threw the blend manifold? Of just the surfactant and water? I have watch other videos of your but you don’t get really into the blending of it, beside how to adjust for just the surfactant. You got awesome content that’s super helpful, keep it up👍🏼
I need to try this. I clean windows using RO Di but to het to that point I need to tap wash and For years I used Rain X Spot free. Works well but I I need seething else. Think construction home wimdoows: paint dirt, drywall dust, sprinkler spots. I have to wet, brush scrub steel Wool, eraser, and scrape with 6" blade. Usually give it a scrub then rinse. Many times I never have to WFP it, maybe an occasional cloth spray. Once I see those drying rainbow ish fingers in the glass I know I am good. I like to try things. This is my next product to rest..Wish other guys like pressure guys would use this. They tear up my glass bad.
Such a good video and gives me confidence when washing customers windows. Been booked up like crazy since I picked up my trailer from ya’ll! Quick question Coty, on smart blend pro, what surfactant level are you generally using on on 1-4 scale. I’ve been using 1-2 on vinyl and a 2 on surfactant. Do you use 3 on vinyl sometimes? TIA
Southern Drawl is great for sure, but I’m still blown away by Gutter Guard. Insane how far that stuff goes. Literally one spray bottle will do an entire 1800 sqf one story house. Return on investment is nuts with that stuff. If you’re not attempting up selling gutter brightening and cleaning on every job it’s applicable, you’re leaving so much money on the table.
@@southeastsoftwash4020 Ok . Here's my situation . I am not a professional. However I was one . I powerwashed homes for 20 plus years . It was however before softwash started to be a thing . I could hire the work , but have almost everything . Just need a pump and the right nozzles . Only to do my own home . I've tried to get an answer on a few forums which has been a waste of time . So rather then write an exposé of what I am thinking I will call you . Thanks
Yep it’s legit. My go to is the southern slang 🍒 whenever We have the need. I would say we need to order some…But my guy Coty has sent us several cases! We be stacked 😂
Wish it worked in my area but we have such hard water that just water alone leaves spots!! Frustrating. I either have to squeegee the glass or go over it again with some rinse aid. Great products though I love the bright colors. Will definitely be trying some next season!

I batch mix in 50 gallon drums. How much of your surfactant would I need in my drum?

Do you add any bleach to the surfactant ? Or just water?
This was so helpful thanks Cody
Love the vieos and the products! will the ALUMIMAX PRO fit in the back of a 5.5ft bed of an f150?
Have you reformulated the southern draw from the original?
We did about a year ago to make it brighter.

Only if you feel you need it. I don't see why you would.
