That rottweiler did not even flinch or lose balance from that friendly but powerful tackle. If you look closely, the rottie spots the cat coming at it and changes it's footing to land at an angle, premeditating the angles required to keep balance. It's amazing how intelligent and intuitively athletic these animals are.
Oh yeah, it did switch footing, stepped a bit to the left in anticipation of the panther. Great observation

I had said in another post here that the Rottweiler deserves a lot of credit There aren't too many breeds That can pull off every aspect of this relationship .

Not exactly, Luna is simply playing with the dog. If she actually wanted to tackle him, she would extend her massively long, razor sharp claws and sink them into the dog's flesh... which she doesn't because she knows it would most likely kill the dog and the dog is her best friend... even she knows not to kill/harm seriously her best friend.
So, the dog knows this and realizes he is in ZERO danger from her, so he runs & plays with her without any worry that she will hurt him.
Just think about when a basic house cat scratches you with their claws extended... it draws blood... and that is from a tiny house cat weighing 5-15lbs. on average.
Now, upscale that cat to 150-200+lbs. and you have an animal that can pretty much kill 95% of every other animal on the planet!
So, yeah... that dog is EXTREMELY lucky that Luna is its friend and not its enemy.

They clearly know each other, and are most likely good friends. The panther was playing catch with his friend, and the rottweiler didn't show any defense attitude. He just continue running without any concern about an animal of that size cross hiss path and jumping over him. 🐕🐅🤘

Cats love to practice catching prey. Even some house cats will do this to humans, they wait crouched in a spot, then when you're walking they come running out of no where and dive on your legs or feet.
My cats stalk me all the time. Then they take turns hunting each other😅
Always funnest when they think they can't be seen, and you get to watch them slowly creep up on you. Then that little butt wiggle before the pounce. Death is adorable

They miss more than you think. Ive seen videos of lions do complete front flips off their prey. Same with cheetahs. They slam into their food so hard it bounces them off eachother. Happens a lot

Well clearly that Panther (Luna) didn't go all hunter mode, is easy to see how she just touches the dog. Her claws are also cut off, dog would've been easy picking had it been a real hunt.

It's possible. It's harsh to imply all humans are incapable of coexisting. It's literally only a portion of humans. If only that portion could get along and put away differences. They just need to stop forcing their kids to live in the same mentality they grew up with and then we could start to heal and grow as a collective.

Yes @Luna_the_pantera is the proper channel. Luna (panther) was raised by the Rottweiler Venza. When they aren't running around they curl up next to each other. Best videos are Luna climbing the trees; she is very capable.
