I think when you look at the material and the case and the charger unit braun is much better the only problem with the braun is making too much noise but it is not so important for me so in my opinion the winner is braun
Hello, I own Braun Series, but believe me it is very disappointing, the huge head of this instrument is useless after 3 to 4 months. Needless to say that I purchased the most expensive shaver of my life what do not work well. I can say that for clean shave, only ROTARY shaver blades are successful.
please can i ask, which one of these has smoother shave? i want to buy one, but i like to shave really smooth so i don't know if either of these shaves smoothly

Si es que los pines estos no son funcionales? Un saludo.
Hola! Los pines que mencionas suelen ser específicos para el soporte de carga inalámbrica y no están diseñados para cargadores de otros dispositivos como el Bodygroom. Por eso, aunque el conector encaje, no cargará. Es mejor usar solo el cargador original del Philips S9000 Prestige. ¡Un saludo!
I have a Braun 9 pro shaver, and a Philips s7786. I have to admit that the Philips shaver shaves very well. And quickly. But it is very brutal. It hurts the skin. And the Braun is very gentle. A pleasant shave. But, it shaves my neck badly

The dealbreaker with the braun is the horrondous shave on the neck area, its a shame because otherwise it is a awesome shaver, but that flaw is just too big to ignore. I ordered now the philips prestige to try it out on the neck. I hope it does better.
Prefer Philips shaver as it seems to contour around your face but Braun did such an amazing job with the case. What I like about the case is it’s form fitted, doubles as a charger and they included a spot for the cleaning brush. I don’t like that the Phillips charging stand cable can’t be removed which makes it harder to travel with. It’s disappointing the trimmer isn’t integrated like my old one. I guess the setting on the Phillips is more gimmick than useful?
Thanks for your comment. I would say as the battery capacity is good for the philips you can go for a travel for one month and don’t need the charger if you shave every other day! Also you can charge it with other wireless charger like iphone magsafe wireless charger!

Funny how nobody on you tube operates the Phillips correctly. Both great shavers but for me the Phillips always gave the best shave with fewest (circular!) passes. And FAR less noisy. That Braun will wake the dead.
Your technique with the Philips was atrocious. You did make some circular movements but mostly it was used like a foil with up and down strokes. The Philips requires small circular movements and the technique takes a little to get used to. The clean pod for the Philips is supper. Compact no wires and fast. I tried the top range but it nicked so stuck with the Philips 7000 series. In Braun I have the 7000 flex. Excellent. LAB pre lotion works a real. Small bottle £25 but only tiny amount. Give it a try.
what are the crazy odds, i saw an ad of the braun shaver a few days ago, i never looked back at it but i knew i wanted one since i needed one but i wanted to compare it to the philips shaver first, and somehow this video pops out out of nowhere at the most perfect time ever, like wtf, do i have a chip inside my brain? how is this possible haha, but yeah as for the shaver, i would choose the philips one just becuase i feel like the braun one is too loud lol
Same here, perfect timing. I had a philips 3yrs ago with no issues but needed replacing. Had the noisy braun for 3yrs now and never happy with the neck. New philips s9000 coming fir xmas and will be very happy. Great review 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Philips does not have the blades very far to be able to shave the upper lip, ears and sideburns. ? I find it difficult to maneuver.

Personally, after using the Philips, my skin feels a bit irritated, but I didn’t experience this with the Braun.
