    Laws are so annoying, we always have to worry about whether this state has this law or whether this state has this law. Just have this guy thrown into custody and be done with it.

      In Japan I believe the age of consent is actually 13.
      Im in Australia and the age of consent is 16 but only with people that are 16 or 17.

      Look up the age of consent in many countries. In Mexico, the age of consent is 12.

      Bruno Boyko they changed the age of consent from fourteen to sixteen in 2008

      However, when they learned about this "audition" in Winnipeg, Canada and that there was no production plan, they realized that they can arrest him for the federal crime of going to a foreign country to rape someone, no matter the age of consent.
