If only from the mechanics I think many are as good as Kairi. What makes Kairi the best jungler in the world is his very precise and fast decision making skills. He knows when to get in and when to get out, he knows what to do in various situations better than any other jungler.

Lancelot Tank is mainly for objective, because of his fast mobility and damage increase from his passive. I can say he’s good but he needs good teammates.
