You can easily use some voice sample and send it into an fx device (ie ableton vocoder) and then use a growl in order to modulate with the enveloppe of the sample. Simple routing stuff. I mean its one option, but not the only one.

I mean it's not genius, it's just another electro song that I like, nothing more. It's so sad you have to search through the whole YT just to find out that 2009-2011 electro (DS, DnB, nuDisco) is the best :D But please don't hate me, It's my opinion.
