@ Bones, thank you for the knowledge what are some of the books you studied from so I can read them to. I agree with herbal medicine because my great grandmother use to use them all the time but you were not allowed to ask questions so I would be looking at what she was doing in the kitchen all the time. Now she is no longer here she died when I was 7 years old. If you could please share this information with me I would be ever grateful. Thank you again Mama Bones.
