You will be paying to university only after your visa is done. You don't need to pay early. And i would say don't mention you will be working in the US in the visa interview, they may not like it. You are only expected to study here. They may not know about CPT or OPT much. So it can be a problem. Mention the other sources, your family, friends, yourself or any other that is best for you.
Here is something no one is telling you. the loan you take is 9% interest. in most cases it is hard to find a job because companies don't like CPE or OPT students, so you will need to have savings for up to 6 months for living expenses since you will be kicked out of campus. you might also repeat courses the grades are too high and you will need to pay 3000 before taking the same course. do your own research.

Incase you are confused a curricular practical training (CPT) and optional practical training (OPT) are work authorization visas with restrictions. to your logic, there are colleagues i know that are still looking for a job past 1 year.

Am I eligible to apply for computer science? If yes, 1) Do I need to wait until my experience reaches to 6 months? 2) Do I need to do GRE? 3) As I am currently in Japan, will the test be online?
If you have less than 3 gpa than 2 Yrs of professional work experience is required in software technology field . If your course is 4 yrs bachelor course and you have 3 gpa only 1 yrs experience is required. Of you have bachelor with very high grade no experience required

I am not sure about that as I have never tried GRE. Please contact University, you may not required in the first place.
