@@2lezi They said there is no defect. They asked me to send it to another jewellery shop for repair or to return it to them as is. There will be no replacement for a new piece. It's a beautiful necklace, but the quality is very fragile, especially the hook, which is too small and soft. I am disappointed with the first purchase.
