I like the fact that you added the Fatui and the Harbingers into the festival, while not everyone are outright evil, it shows that are just as human like everyone else. Flawed, morally gray but still human nonetheles.
It is something that the traveler often doesn't notice, which is a flaw of them.

It's like a war, you know your enemies are human, so why still kill them? They have their viewpoint, the traveler has their own and when it doesn't match, they fight. It's how Teyvat works. edit: Let me add little simple details about the language. In hilichurlians, gusha means dendro/grass, and hilichurls dont like eating grass, so gusha can represent 'negative emotion'. Thats why gusha nye meaning dont be sad. Mosi means eat(v.)/food(n.) and mita means meat(n.)/from animal(adj.)/positive emotion. Mosi mita means eating meat and hilichurls like meat so mosi mita is normally used when they are happy. So in the same way, when you want to say you are sad, you can say 'mosi gusha~'

@@richcast66 I love the artist in mihoyo, and that's why I think just don't LET the money ruin things. You can absolutely enjoy the game, love the adventure and story, and appreciate the music and culture without focusing on the material side of things. At least that's what I'm doing, and I'm still absolutely having fun with this game :)
@@mimismusicgarden I am the same way. I read up on lore and occasionally walk around to enjoy the scenery from time to time. But what I theorize is that because mihoyo are intentionally stretching out the story and the world building in order to continue to make money along the way, many players feel as if they have no choice but to fill that void between all of the story and adventure with the materialistic side of the game. People wanted more anniversary rewards and whatnot because of how scarce things like hangout events, story quests, variety of area's to explore, etc. I keep trying to advocate for repeatable story quests or more random in game events in the overworld that would get more people to re-explore the world.
Literally made me cry. With all the pent up frustration over recent events with MiHiYo compounded by inherent and lasting game flaws, I needed this. I am reminded how beautiful and amazing the players and fans are, and why this game has meant so much. Thank you for a wonderful year, everyone

I've been rewatching that little clip in the stream archive ever since I first heard it on the CN stream and I still enjoy every bit of it!! I literally have not stopped listening to it after the stream ended!!!! I loved seeing everyone in Kuu's art style, they're all so expressive and it really showcases their personalities!!! I have so many favorite moments in this video, but I think my absolutely favorite part would be Xiao's smile at Lumine, it was so cute and warm!!! Through this whole debacle of Genshin 1 year anniversary, I learn two very important thing.
1. Content creators, especially from the streaming side can be very demanding and critical, seem to believe the best way to improve a game is by making everyone want to boycott it.
Basically: "Give us what we want or else we'll make everyone hate your product"
2. Those that really love Genshin, just wants to thank Genshin for existing and providing such joy to our lives. They celebrate with us through videos like these.

Yeah I feel like a lot of the drama is furthered by literally every single content creator jumping on the train of shitting on the rewards. Meanwhile it’s only a problem in the en community, when I was on bilibili, there was legit only one comment about the rewards, and I had to look for it.
If the content creators didn’t “hype up” the anniversary, a lot of people might not have even been aware that it was happening.

I resonate a lot more with number 2 lol plus the contests and stuff aren't even the anniversary rewards they're just contests. They've held contests before during event festivals, like the lantern rite and the windblume festival. They have absolutely nothing to do with the anniversary they just happen to exist in the same time period-

I wasn't a player from the start. And it might be weird for me to say this but...the game really made me happy. It still does. All the interactions with the characters and the happiness from meeting others who like the things you do is undescribable. I have many real life friends but none of them really have the same interests as me but my in game friends do. This song made my day after a bunch of stress. Genshin has been one of the things I’ve returned to over and over again and recently it’s been burning me through especially with the recent news, but things will get better in time not just in regards to anni rewards but anything in general!

I love the fact that you added the Fatui and the hilichurls into this video. This clearly shows that even though they are enemies to the Traveler and most of the people of Teyvat- They can still join in on the festival along with everyone else. That all the differences can be set aside at least for a little while, and just genuinely have fun.
I also like that the lyrics matched the characters perfectly. It truly showed who they are through the song. It was all around wonderful. I hope you put out more videos like this in the future. ^^
