@@alexafanasyev1937I disagree. What is it supposed to look like instead? A sprinter? A round euro whatever? Or an origami body like the Tesla truck? Nah. I'm just glad they updated the interior, not the old high school woodshop oak moulding. The skylights are also a nice touch for long drives.
Thanks for showing the features and what they do. I am taking delivery next week of my 2021 wheelchair accessible Savannah van. I now have a better understanding of how some of the features work, so I ain’t gotta spend a week reading the 3/4 inch thick owners manual lol. Thanks !!!
GM should be including all digital dash displays by now and full LED headlights and taillights in these vehicles by now ! They have all the initial engineering and design work done, they need to just install them in these vehicles.
Explorer needs to get with the times. No need for 12 cup holders or a dvd system. Put dimmed cup holders in the cockpit for the driver and front passenger. Replace the cup holders with charging pads and phone/tablet holders. The apple tv is another hole in the console, just go with a streaming tv already. Put some color changing, rhythm syncing, dimming (dim the cup holders also). leds in the thing. Finishes are beautiful, though.
Mercedes sprinter vans suck in the handling aspect. I've driven these for work at close to 85 mph which are Texas highways speeds and they feel very very unstable compared to these old school type vans at the same speed or faster.
That electric one is coming. I believe 2025. I applaude GM for keeping the column shift. No air compressor? Did they do away with the “Bass” knob as well up front? What’re the MPG ratings?
Excited for the electric one, and they’ve swapped a few things out as tech has evolved I’m sure. And mpg is closer to 16-18 I think as opposed to 12-14 with the v8. Lots of help from the new 8-speed automatic.
@@NothinButCarReviews I mean the 22+MPG on this new one with the 4.3 is a gamechanger within itself. I had a 2012 Savana 1500 Hightop with the 5.3. It drinked fuel. But fuel wasn’t as expensive as it is now. That’s why I let it go in 2019. GM atleast should’ve updated the front/rear end look as well. We’ll see how this 4.3 with the chip install does. Looks like they’re offer a bigger entertainment screen. The extra USB ports help alot.
Electric vehicles are a scam! The batteries on this won't last for more than a out seven years. This means the resale value on these will be very low for nobody will buy a say five year old electric vehicle that's going to last them another two or three years if lucky. If you can afford to buy new every number of years good for you but even people of less income will be scammed into buying new every seven years. This is not even mentioning electric batteries are hazardous waste once used.
@@davidescobar5366 My gas guzzling vans/SUV’s/pickups has come to a end. I’m not worried about the cool factor or ego. I’m older and wiser. I’ve been looking a minivans lately. I’ll just keep a used pickup on the side to haul things. That’s it

I’m torn between this Chevy model or the ford model. I know the Chevy has been around along time but, the ford one I’m looking at has AWD which is awesome. Do you think find the ford transit vans are better buys?
May I know how ling is this van? I mean can I park this on an average parking slot or it's too long that I cannot park on regular parking lots? We have a 2010 toyota innova. is it longer? or just the same? thank you
I know I’m late but… I’m looking at 2022 Chevy conversion 6.6L but RWD. Any know if RWD does ok in light snow conditions? Where I live I only have like two to three snow days a year. Any help please!!!
Man the 6.0 V8 was just fine or the 5.3 v8. This V6 stuff smh…. GM does not make good V6 engines. They should Keep the V8 which is east to work. Great video
I love these vans. Never mind the older looks but the handling of these is superb. I've driven the new Ford and Mercedes European style vans across Texas at highway speeds near 85 mph and they feel very unstable. So much so that in even the slightest amount of rain or uneven payment due to construction or such I would have to slow down considerably anytime that happened. As far as I'm concerned these vans are stable like nothing else for I've also driven them across Texas. Stability hence safety is more important to me than older looks.
This vehicle seems dated. It has outdated options. I am surprised they still makes these to be honest. They are way overpriced imo. I would rather just get a Lincoln Corsair or nautilus for the price.
I’m absolutely mindblown that they are still making these. Looks like my old 04 Silverado!
😂
Agreed! Chevy express is good for heavy job, but for something luxury the have to change at least the body! Too OLD!!!

Yes I agree 😊
The ultimate luxury express van
My parents had a van like this when i was little. We loved it. Cant wait to be able to afford one.
It was probably identical to this one 😂
Nahhh I kidd I kidd...it's a nice van...at least my great grandfather thought so 🤣💀
This is the right van for me to get one bro.
Exactly what I have been looking for. I am so happy to see that they still make these
Guess it takes a little time to get used to having blind spot moniters in a van. Thanks for reviewing this van for us.
Choosing this van is wise decision for everything. Traveling, family, shipping, mobile home.
This is gonna be my first car bro i swear im working 2 jobs to get this
Great review!!! You are very good at this. Keep up the good work.
Still should have screen back windows for summer relaxing at the beach

I would like to buy that van, so I can go visit my daughter. A nice road trip.

Can I get this in Dual Sliding Doors/ Both sides door?
Do you have an option for a Mercedes Benz Metris and also a panoramic sunroof or moonroof?
Yes, conversionvanland.com and ask for Sean or Travis, they can get you one.
What about that good woodgrain
Not to be confused with the 2022 Mercedes Sprinter you reviewed earlier 😂
😂😂😂😂

How long can you finance these for ? Is it considered a rv?
I don't think it qualifies as RV, but it might, and some lender might county as an exotic vehicle and let you finance 10 years.

Very good with the high top

Yes

You should be okay as long as you aren’t going too fast.
No V-8 for this year. Nonstarter for many people.
That would be me!
Just awesome, yes lots of room. I can't stand my car.
Definitely don’t have 350 horses with a 4.3. 276hp my friend
Exactly the perfect van… sticker price?
This one was like $80-$85k I think?
6.6L gas V8 is a far better engine than the weak gas guzzling V6 for that van.
Yea its got awesome towing capability. It can tow 2 little red wagons. All for what? 2 mpg better than a real motor.
Who sell these vans?
conversionvanland.com Mike Castrucci Chevrolet in Milford, OH.
Price?
$80,000
