In OH, they are finishing high school and because of what happened between minho and hyunjin, their group drifted away. Then minho starts to understand that hyunjin is not at fault and he leaves a note maybe apologising, so basically all the group members want to get back together. Felix, blowing out the candles on the cake to make a wish, probably asked the group to come together. so on the next mixtape maybe we'll see the group get together again. well summarized theory but okay ahah
