It's honestly pretty impressive that you managed to make a working game inside of what is essentially a glorified animation program.
However, there doesn't appear to be an end script. When the dino hits a cacti, the death sound plays, but the game still continues to run, as there is no code end cap (The red code bubbles)
Apart from that, great job. (Sorry for the long comment.)
It it actually really easy to make a game in scratch jr. I made flappy bird in it easily.

You can draw and import custom sprites, so you're not stuck with the default sprites

7 years old? What's the target audience for regular Scratch? At 9 I was learning Ruby to program in RPG Maker, so I though Scratch Jr. would be for 3-4 years.

I think I have a “PishRobot Scratch” on my LOQ laptop… it’s like the regular “Scratch” but it can also connect to some electronic circuitry… thingy… parts made by an Iranian robotics company called “PishRobot”… I think.
I actually used Scratch Jr. when I was ages 5-7 and even then it felt like I (who had no prior coding knowledge) was too advanced for it
