I've heard the older ARSOF vets (circa 90s Somalia thru OIF1/2)ask for a LARGER SAY w/this new AR round (being SOF but ALSO realists w/their SMU exp) regarding an M4 replacement? *AWG's disseminating AR options to put in real world use vs near peers is SO TIME SENSITIVE today! Why this Textron/SIG/etc obsessed focus? SIG (remember first MCX's issues?) may not be it!*

Don't get me wrong, I'm not rambling here to harp on just one issue....but the 6.8mm "ARDEC mystery round coming in 2020"???? *I mean, we got the "new next gen of Army 11Bs" tech side being worked on...but the AWG and AMU are so great at testing, but a few dozen well respected CEOs (fmr SOF/"Green" operators as well as being OGA, so they see the urgency on the INFANTRY AR and SAW aspect most)*
.....OHHHH NOT TO METION: *Hasn't anyone thought about Wilson's new 130 gr "Chaos" 300 HAM'R rounds & AR? Total wrecking ball AND fast as hell (minus a couple rnds capacity in a PMAG)..I won't use names, but up at JFK SPECWAR, as of late, all agreed a quick 6.5 Grendel and/or ANY similar M4A1 compatable NATO combo could end a lot of our near peer worries w/high lvl BA plates they use! I mean, fmr SMU dudes are around, y'all at Bragg should kinda just pick up & call those guys as opposed to pitching at SHOT or MWI some massive multi phased expansion that is being solved from ALL poss vectors really....ask what caliber/manufacturer combo would work in the Baltics (i.e or Georgia, Venezuela, etc) that our guys could grab and not worry about whether some fancy new next gen AR is coming quickly enough.. MOST OF US know we don't have till 2020 (years? Plural? we don't have that kinda time)*
