Youpi doesn't get alot of respect tbh but he's actually so quick on the uptake when it comes to strategy making. the idea of fighting something invisible, and then 2 guys at once got his brain ticking in a way that would seem normal to a Nen user. and especially later on he actually develops so much as a personality. it's so good.
He's also probably the strongest pure fighter royal guard, at least in his final form after he evolves. Legitimately becomes one of THE strongest characters in the series

There are good and bad reaction channels but there's nothing wrong with enjoying not just the reaction but people's unique take. The comments are also a source of really cool info that I might have missed before.
I once saw a man fend off 5 guys from his friend, his buddy was out of commission, it was 1v5, the line was drawn and the moment before he engaged into battle the man smiled. As bystanders we went in to stop it, in the end he did got his ass beat but I respect him. Dude was a fucking Badass! Moment was comical but in a way Epic!

The build up was perfect to showcase how Gon was gearing up and due to the circumstance barely held on to some shred of morality (even if it's for selfish reasons). Arguably the best voice acted match for the scene in almost all of anime.
That music at the end of episode 113 when gon flies/jumps towards that castle was called as Marionette of life, and is available on yt for those who want to check it out

It's never been confirmed by the mangaka, but there's a pretty popular theory in the HxH community that Shoot covering his eye "just because" was actually him subconsciously creating a condition on his Nen to make it even just a little bit stronger for that fight. A condition like "I will fight this battle with only one eye" would be enough of a condition to create at least a slight difference in power as far as Nen is concerned. Shoot wasn't doing that on purpose, but his subconscious was basically preparing him for the incoming fight by taking every possible precaution, which is extremely in character for a meticulous, nervous guy like Shoot.
Ending of episode 113 when gon has the black coming off of him always gives me major goosebumps, you just know whatever happens next isn't going to be good.
This show works best with viewers that actually watch anime. The fact that HxH doesn't follow what you think you know about it's supposed genre makes for a dope experience

With so much going on all at once, everybody in their thoughts, all situations being so life-or-death intense... giving the narrator the ball and letting him do his thing by piecing everything together and presenting it as one overall story was an excellent decision.
At 9:25, what I could understand was that netero(with a smirk, seemed as if he knew gon had beef with pitou, idk) pointed towards the throne room to tell gon that there's another ant, and gon may have realised that ant was pitou. This reminded him of what pitou did to kite, causing his black aura to emerge in rage.
I just realised Pitou's interpretation of protecting the king is To prevent him from being physically injured and not to be stoped in his physical growth Pouf's is the king's mental wellbeing and his mental progression And him seeing the king become more humane was him seeing it as an injury

So in terms of "how strong are the royal guards" pouf is pretty much pure utility, his combat skills or pure power is not that crazy but he has tons of broken utility abilties that are not really for combat etc. Pitou is kinda the assasin/medic and next to her healing abilities she has a lot of physical power and is really fast etc. a lethal assasin. Youpi is the strongest in terms of raw power and aoe destruction and all that stuff, pretty much the uvogin of the royal guards and to sum it up how dangerous/"strong" they are: 1. pitou 2. youpi 3. pouf the pure amout of nen and destructive power of youpi has several weaknesses and in a combat vs other nen users it's mediocre but still he is super giga ultra broken in comparison to high-tier human nen users. Pouf is just "weak" when it comes to combat, a high-tier nen user can actually damage or even defeat him in a 1v1 in theory but he can just stall forever and his utility is too much to actually kill him off. Pitou is the most dangerous royal guard as she has assasin abilities and pretty much no nen user can tank that, she is just very lethal and with her form of attacking the huge power gap can't really be outplayed either.
I like how the royal guard are presented. One is an absolute meathead, the other is so complex he's literally driving himself insane and the other is just a mix of both of the other two
