Divorce Cases are nightmare for boys and its families...😢😢😢
The laws are 'purposely' designed in india to easily entrap young men in fake cases and extract every penny from young men throughout life.
And those who advocate for it take great pleasure seeing men running around courts.
For the women tooo if their in laws are bad! We have seen it! Sadly it’s traumatic for both mostly

However when divorce happens ONLY THE HUSBAND has to pay humongous alimony and deal with fake cases for years...while wife gains lot of money.

Another very good episode truly highlighting the reasons for matrimonial discords and the +ves and -ves of the, not so easy, whole process of divorce. Certainly, constraints on personal ego and making or willingness to make post marriage adjustments by both the parterners will have a check on the ever increasing menace of DIVORCE.
10 years for divorce ? Please check your calculations madam, Minimum 5/7 years in family court then appeal in High court may takes 10/15 years as long pendency of cases and then supreme court which may takes 5/7 years total how much ?? Minimum 20/25 years or even more

Time will change slowly but as sharia kanoon lagega, sab thik ho jayega . Kyuki indian judges tou blind hai completely , unko lagta hai, ladka galat hai, ladki sahi hai. Koi nhi 10-15 saal or maximum,, phor kahani alag hogi.
Thanks so much for bringing something for males too...males are so scared to get married just coz women are misusing laws according to their convenience...it's very baffling and unacceptable...laws should be impartial...just coz male can be made scapegoat in the name of law ...it should not go on...The Indian judiciary should take cognizance and make it fair for both genders...

So that is the whole idea right…. Not everything a woman demands is met! Most of the people think a woman asks and men obeys
Ma'am, if suppose the husband gets to know that his wife has taken a huge sum of money from a male friend before a marrige, after marrige she is consistently in contact with the male, when asked by husband gives him a false information. Then in later stages the husband gets a call from the same male saying that your wife had taken money, hasn't returned it, has blocked me from everywhere, I am from her same village and I don't even know her family so I have contacted you. In this situation, does it become a ground for annuity because the wife portrayed something else and later the husband came to know and this maybe a deciding factor for him to marry this girl or no ? Or will it become a ground for cruelty in contested divorce? Or will there be any other ground ?
Is it that if a man does not reveal his true finances before marrige it's considered cheating and when the same is done by wife it won't even be considered seriously ?
जज जो लिख दें वो ही कानून है। चाहे लड़के का केस कितना ही मजबूत हो, चाहे वकील कितनी ही मेहनत करले, लेकिन, जज हमेशा लड़के को ही गुनहगार मानते है। और कुछ भी उल्टा सीधा फैसला देते हैं। फैमिली कोर्ट से लेकर, रेप के केस तक सबका यही हाल है। ये लोग फाइल तक ढंग से नहीं पढ़ते। 😢😢

Also the perception amongst the people is that attorneys are here to make money and they go to any extent to delay things, they manage things from opponent side attorney so that they both juice out as much they can from their respective clients , it’s very very rare to find genuine lawyers who are here to help their clients. Hence clients always come with a sense of doubt and speculation, I understand our courts should allow individuals to argue their own cases if I am right, or there should be some punitive measures if the attorneys are found guilty or fraudulent. My views please. Not generalizing again…

Also remember that in case of falsely levying cases like 498A the male not only loses his reputation but also his livelihood and employability.
It is better for men to not marry as there are gender biased laws which are acutely damaging lives and future.

अब जब किसी का निर्दोष बेटा फंस गया झूठे मामले मे और उसकी कोइ सुनवाई नही हो रही तो ultimetely उसकी निर्दोष माँ और बहन जो कि महिला है उसे तो कानून या लोगों का फेवर नही मिल रहा..
हर हाल मे पिस तो एक महिला ही रही है एक महिला के मध्यम से...
ऐसे मे neutral और transperant व्यवस्था तो चाहिए ही परिवारों और सोसाइटी के लिए... 🙏
