I agree isn't the same anymore , I have been doing this job for 13 years .I don't know if it is the same everywhere but in Australia its early childhood education/teaching as well ,we have to set up a learning program and do learning story reports on each child per term, then we clean have to updated first aid , policies and procedures, change 20 + nappies 4 Ish times a day, make beds deal with coo coo/rude parents etc. the list never ends.🤣. it's exhausting I'm grateful I am on leave for another week before I go back this chaos😫
Best thing to do for your skin is just to strip everything back, literally just wash your face, I find gel based face wash the best as a lot of acne is caused by oil build up and clogged pores, and a light moisturiser unscented and that’s it xx

I was drinking so much spearmint too thinking it would help 😔 if you find a naturopath local to the midlands please share with us, I’ve been looking for one but they’re all in London or outside the UK! 🤍🤍
